This was my first time at this newer Wendy’s and I had a good experience. The dining room was clean, the workers were friendly and the food was well prepared. The dining room isn’t very large, but there were a good bit of seats crammed into the area. I will come back here again.

came here about an hour and a half before the dining room closed, so there should be no reason for the unacceptable service we received. I came here after a long drive with my friend to grab some dinner, and upon arriving was a little confused about the set up. After a while I realized I should order the food myself on their kiosk, but by the time I was finished deciding what I wanted, an associate came to the counter to help me. I figured it worked just as well as the kiosk, so I ordered from her. Her attitude was dismissive and rude, and when I asked if something could be made as a meal she rolled her eyes and said “it can’t but…” and mumbled the rest. When my friend ordered, she demanded my friend give her the 2 cents of change so she didn’t have to pull change out of the register. When my friend didn’t have 2 pennies, she practically threw the change at her. She had no name tag, probably so she can’t be identified in bad reviews lol. It made for a totally miserable dining experience after a long night. If you don’t like customers, don’t work in customer service. otherwise, food was standard and dining room was clean. But the service kinda ruined our night.

The food Wendy’s is always good. This was my second time to this location, and it will be my last. I had the same issue the first time I visited. The staff is the biggest problem. Some of them are young, they are on their phones, there’s no communication back and forth. And they flat out don’t care about the customer. Each time I waited no less than 10 minutes for my food when I went inside to order. The first time I was there, they had three people come in that went through a drive-thru with things missing or incorrect items in their bag. The young girl that day just smiled and laughed, never said she was sorry. Instead, she turned her back and had to check her phone again before she went and got the right item. My most recent visit, it’s marked for dine in so they know I’m there waiting. I was sitting in a booth with my son waiting, and they never called us to tell us the food was ready. Let me say that again, the ticket said dine in, and the bag was sitting there off to the side while we were waiting, and they never called us up for our food. After 10 minutes, I finally stood up when the manager saw me and acknowledged the fact that we were there. She made it up to my son by giving him a cookie for free, which was a nice gesture, but this particular location is an absolute mess, and it’s not getting better.

Easily the worst wendys I’ve been too. Went through the drive through and sat there for 10 minutes before someone said “oh I didn’t know you were there”. Then get my order and everything is wrong. Who gives a drink with literally NO ice? Steer far clear from this place, it’s absolute garbage.

They messed up my order. I went back around and told them. Guy named colt gave me an attitude. I said “I wanted 10 regular and 4 spicy nuggets. You guys gave me all spicy”. His response was “the screen said both spicy”. Then he rolled his eyes at me! So unprofessional.

Unfortunately more than once I’ve had subpar food from here. This last time, they were not busy and still super slow & the food was cold. The bottom part of the bun for my spicy chicken was rock hard. I was disappointed to say the least.

I got the Sausage Croissant Sandwich. Strange, but this sandwich actually had no flavor? No bad flavor and yet no good flavor, just simply no flavor, will not be ever buying again. The potatoes, they were delicious! They were seasoned and outshined the sandwich!
