I’d have to say come in here sometimes could be a tossup, but today everyone in the front was amazing the young men and women did an amazing job and I would just like to think the young men and women who are seemingly in their late teens or early 20s. Why, why, why? Someone explain to me why it always seems that the urban locations for fast food can’t seem to do things correctly. My son and I went in for Lunch last Saturday. Besides waiting 10 minutes IN STORE for someone to take our order, the floors leading up to the counter (and through the restaurant for that matter) were like skating on ice, they were so wet. Not a warning sign in sight. Once we placed our order, the service was kind enough, but my food was not prepared as I had asked it causing me to have to get up from my seat and avoid suing the place over a slip and fall accident, to correct it. The decor is nice enough, but the condiment counter was filthy, one of the two soda machines had NO Coke or Sprite options at all, and there were cleaning supplies left on seats, and tables with trash-filled trays sitting there, unattended to. The manager was walking around training someone, oblivious to the condition of his own store. Don’t get me started on the cleaning staff. They were doing the absolute least and seemed to not want to be there. During our dining time, another employee, who also seemed beyond thrilled to be there, came in, sat down at a booth and laid her head on the wall to take a nap before her shift. Then you wonder why people prefer to go to the suburbs when craving fast food than in the city. It’s not a lot to ask to have pride in your place of business, and to give a damn about the customer experience, but this Wendy’s seemingly did not get the memo. I’m done personally. Much rather go to Montgomery County for my Baconater meals.

I RARELY go through the drive through and for good reason, THEY ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG! We didn’t realize that it was missing an ENTIRE ORDER until we arrived home and we were you far away to return so I didn’t have anything to eat because I gave my food to my grandson AND I was just returning from vacation so I hadn’t eaten

Ordered 2 baconator combos and two 4 for $4 combos for my kids. I was told that I could only get my meals in a size Large even though I asked for a small. Including my 4for $4 meals which were for my young kids . Baconators were HORRIBLE! Barely any bacon or condiments. They also forgot the nuggets for one of the 4for4 meals. What a waste of $40 dollars!

Let’s be real, I work at Wendy’s and honestly it’s a hit or miss. It’s understaffed since it’s in a popular area it will get constantly crowded so there is a great chance for waiting time. The mangers, three of them are the bomb to work with. Quairda, whatever that monster name is, she’s awful. Rude very disrespectful and gives out free food just to have customers rate this Wendy’s location. Whenever she’s in charge we always get messed up orders, argument, and even fights.

So I went there today to order a breakfast combo because I love their potatoes wedges. Ordered it paid for it got my food and I got French fries 9:00 in the morning french fries as if I’m 10 So when I told the cashier that I didn’t order french fries that’s when I was informed after I paid for my meal that they didn’t have the potato wedges. Not to mention drink sizes are only medium to large which they’re forcing people to pay more. Thanks for having me waste my money

Terrible customer service, From the crew worker’s in the ( Drive-Thru)! Also my food is not hot or fresh as per my request, On many occasions, When ever I do vist this establishment! The staff is very unprofessional and rude all . And the crew member’s and, Managers all really need to be retrained on customer service ethics. In the working industry.

I waited 10+ minutes at 10pm just to order food at the drive thru. After I ordered it was another 5 minutes. The only positive thing of this was the food was hot. The server was just a robot. Handed my food through the window and walked away. Not a word. No Sorry for the wait, No thank you. Nothing. Unfortunately it wont stop me from eating at this Wendy’s because of the convenience.
