I ordered the $6 biggie bag w/ light lemonade. With tax it should have been $6.36. I got $3.00 change, the food was cold, and I was not given a receipt. I called and asked for a manager within 5 minutes and advised of the poor quality of food and missing change. She cut me off and said, Well what do you want?” I said replacement food and my change. “You actually want the change?” I advised that, yes I do. She started challenging me. I told her I was there 6 minutes ago, I am SURE she can find the transaction. She didn’t give me her name and said she will leave a post it note in the office about it and hung up. I realize that the change isn’t a big deal, BUT if this happens even a few times a day it adds up. Plus, why get an attitude when a customer calls and advises of a quality and customer service issue? The proper response when you get a call like that is,” I am sorry that you had this experience. What can I do to make it right for you?” If the attitude hadn’t been there from the manager, I would have been fine if she acknowledged the problem with the lack of change and receipt and had said she will address it to be sure that it doesn’t happen again. But without the acknowledgment, I told her that I want the change, too. And instead of “a post it” she could have taken my address to send me a gift card for $7.00- the amount that I was out. Poor training, poor management, and poor quality control.

My 72 year old mother got in-line at 10:28 this morning to order breakfast. At 10:31 an employee finally acknowledged her. She ordered breakfast and was told it was past 10:30 so she couldn’t get her order. Mind you the breakfast menu was still up when she pulled in and was changed as they were denying her order. Pure laziness. Obviously waited until after 10:30 so they didn’t have to cook breakfast. Whoever the owner is should be ashamed. Especially if it is owned by corporate.

Went late at night. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The food came out lukewarm and we were missing one of our French fries. The staff made us so uncomfortable that we did not bother going back for our second fry. Waste of money.

Staff are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve worked in fast food as a young teenager so I know what it’s like but wow I’m just appalled, it’s on another level of unprofessionalism. When I came in it wasn’t clear where to stand as staff were just socializing and it took them a minute or two to come to the front counter to take the order. It came off as if I was some sort of inconvenience even though I’m a customer who wants to take out an order. It took 5 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches and fries and I was the only order. On top of that I gave him a coupon code for 2 for $10 and was charged $12! I paid with someone’s card and they asked why they saw $12 instead of $10 on their transactions list – really confused as to how this happened as i told him twice the coupon code. That means he rang it completely wrong which shows bad training on management part. And medium fries were half filled, which for whatever reason it’s always the teenage workers who can never get fries right. Really annoying. Won’t come back to this particular Wendy’s until they’re better trained and stop hiring the teenage employees who mess around.

Absolutely terrible wait time for in restaurant ordering on a Saturday at 2pm it wasn’t even busy…and to make matters worse my burger was literally red inside. When I brought this to the attention of someone behind the counter she replied with we will make you another one. That’s a fair resolution but I wasn’t really interested in another undercooked burger and she made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to refund me for an undercooked burger…not the first time I had undercooked food here but it’s been about 6 months in between visits and never again. Went to dine-in for lunch, took 25 minutes for myself & others to get our orders. Customers started walking out after waiting many minutes for their order to be taken. And it was just a normal amount of people trickling in for lunch, not like a bus showed up. What a mess! Very disappointed.
