This particular wendys is always a disaster. You get there in the parking lot is so potholed and drive-through has so many divits in it. My order is wrong every time. The people taking your order and heading your food are often not wearing masks during coronavirus. And now to top it all off I got a chicken sandwich and that was uncooked halfway through it. Avoid this location at all costs.

Probably worst drive through experience. Friday 630pm, was second in line. We waited 10+ minutes to order before the vehicle in front left. Ordered 2 meals and extra sandwiches. Paid and asked for a receipt, which I did not get. Another 8 minutes I finally got food. Missing a fry, sandwich, nugget and the drink was extremely flat, almost flavorless sprite. Mostly water with a splash of carbonation. What food I did get was old, cold and missing half the toppings.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious! There wasn’t even a lengthy wait at all. All the crew and managers were wearing masks and the store was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. My son loved being able to sit down in the dining room unlike other fast food restaurants. The crew and manager even took the time to check up and see how our visit was going. Definitely will be back. Great job everyone!

Man it’s Wendy’s so at least the food is good. But if you go here looking for any type of sauce for nuggets or anything. Pshhh. Good luck my friend. Half the time my nuggets are more breading than meat. They’re always cold and hard as a rock. I’ve just never had a store mess up my order so many times. Save your time and just go to the one on Cumberland parkway. An extra mile to get you food right and have better customer service is worth it.

Drove through for a quick dinner for my children and I. The gentleman who took my order was rather rude. I specifically asked for a sandwich with no lettuce or tomato and when I received it the sandwich had lettuce and tomato on it. Ordered my son’s meal it was supposed to be a chicken sandwich they gave him a burger. My daughter’s burgers were only supposed to have pickles mayonnaise cheese and they had onions on them. Our fries were also cold. I did not receive a receipt. Very unprofessional very upset.

At 9:15ish I went throught the drive through to order food after an 11 hour shift at work. The worker stared at me from the drive through and then just walked away. I finally left at 9:21 because I’m tired and hungry and not really in the mood to deal with that kind of behavior. I tried calling and they didn’t even pick up the phone. It said they were open till 11 so at this point I’m thinking it’s from pure laziness that they didn’t want to work it solidified my distaste for Wendy’s. I only went because McDonald’s system was down

Nice to see open for indoor dining. However, cleanliness in the dining area is not very good. Food, crumbs and trash under tables, chairs, and in corners & crevasses (see photo). Significant dust on hanging lamps in the dining area are of note. Proper, healthy cleaning appears to not be a priority as most of the crevasse trash seems to have been there at least a couple of days. No active cleaning in the dining area was observed during the 45 minutes on the premises.

Went through drive thru for breakfast. Ordered 2 breakfast baconator combos at 9:53 am. Pulled up and paid and was asked to pull forward and wait. No other cars in line and no one dining in. Sat in car and waited 15 minutes. Went to walk in to request a refund and employee met me at the door with food and just grinned, no apology, nothing. Told them it was absolutely ridiculous and took the food and left. Got in the car and the food was COLD after waiting ALL that time! WILL NEVER RETURN! When we originally pulled up to order the person that answered on the drive thru was acting extremely unprofessional and made weird noises before greeting us. Absolutely awful customer service.
