I never write reviews on fast food places. But this Wendy’s needs one. We got food here 4/21 at around 7/730 time frame. The drive thru person who took our order, got everything right and was nice. However, once we got our food it went downhill. The sandwiches looked like they were slapped together, going through everything I was missing a bacon doublestack we ordered. Mistakes happen. I went back in and addressed the issue. The young man at the register was very nice and addressed it the way he should. Asked for receipt, bag of food and told the prep guy what I was missing. The prep guy gave him a little bit of attitude, looked at me, and rolled his eyes. The cashier was checking my food again and told him the chicken ranch wrap wasn’t wrapped at all. The prep guy rolled his eyes again after looking at me. I got my burger and my bag of food back, went back to my car. Opened everything up again after driving away, my bacon doublestack didn’t have bacon on it, 1 tiny piece of onion, and a half of pickle. I ate it regardless and didn’t take a picture. Made my way to the wrap and immediately had to take a picture. A toddler could’ve done better.

It’s been remodeled inside and is very nice. Open, clean, design that makes it feel much bigger inside. Seems like there’s less seating than before but i think it’s worth the trade off. Counter, floors, dining area, and restroom was very clean. Cashier was nice and friendly and didn’t waste time. She was standing at the register waiting to take our order as we walked up and didn’t take a long keying it in or ask me 3 times what I want some some fast food chains these days. Everyone knew their job and it shows by the quick service and no hassles. The management should be proud of that team .

Ordered a chicken biscuit meal and got lukewarm seasoned potatoes and a honey butter chicken biscuit without the chicken on it. Had to be inconvenienced and go back thru the drive thru to get my correct order. Was not even compensated for this inconvenience. Will not eat here again.

You know I was very polite when I had asked for fresh meat. It’s so much better when it’s tender and fresh. I don’t mind waiting no problem take your time. I talk to the cashier. Even the cook. So there must have been two people making orders. The girl handed The sandwich that was already made. I watch the whole thing. He told her that I had asked fresh meat. So they give me the old sandwich. I just don’t get it. I will never go to the store again. Do you believe they asked me if I wanted another sandwich? Lol

This Wendy’s is a staple for my boys! Being that we run around so often between sports, school and extra curricular activities it is nice and convenient. The location is nice except for the awkward parking lot. Also, getting out of the lot is also nearly impossible unless you get there at just the right time. Other than that (which are clearly issues beyond their control) the staff is friendly and we generally never have had any issues with this store!
