If I could give a zero star rating I would. These Employees are brain dead. I could train a chimpanzee to do their job better than them. Every time I go here their food is mediocre and half of my order is missing. I went today and I’m missing Fries and they were out of soft drinks. I came here last week and they forgot 20 nuggets on my order. And I paid for them. These people are not functioning members of society. A mental hospital would be a more suitable environment for them. I feel like this Wendy’s only hires people with a preschool level education. Not sure if they don’t know how to read. Or maybe they are just that god awful at existing as human beings. Not to mention how rude these employees are when you are placing your order. Maybe they just want to get back to their pacifier and blankey for nap time. You’re better off going to any other establishment.

This was the best fast food joint around for a while, but in the last couple of years, the service and food quality have taken a nose dive. First I didn’t mind paying double the price of BK or MDs for the meal. Better burger and better service, but now the price is still more than double, and the meals quality has decreased. And the service is the same as the others.

The quality of the food was awful. The fries were cold. The nuggets tasted as if they were sitting there for hours. The burgers were burnt & dry. I asked for bacon and it wasn’t on any of the burgers. Very disappointed, will never go back. This is the second time this happens.

Honestly I have given this place multi opportunities to get right. Today at no baked potatoes, the last time no frosty, time before cold fries and burger looked like they took turns throwing it to each other before serving it to me in drive thru. Speaking of drive thru, WOW…. Ordered a chocolate frosty pulled up and waited for 15 minutes, they took my money then I waited 10 more minutes and when I get to the window, I was told they no longer have frosties…… so in the 20+ minutes I waited in drive thru the machine magically broke… the employees are rude, service terrible. Go elsewhere, save yourself the aggravation.

The lady who took our order was very rude! No greeting, no smile, looked like she hadn’t bathed or brushed her hair in a month. Waited ten minutes for a cold burger! At least the fries were hot. Had to look for a “clean” table. Probably won’t go back. Used to love Wendy’s. Its a shame it’s not as good as it once was.
