Terrible went there for lunch today me and my dad each order the #11 we were never asked what style of chicken. When they arrived one was spicy I went to rectify the problem I get attitude from the employees like it was mine fault.I waited 10 minutes and never got my replacement and I could hear the woman talking to employees in the back like its my fault. I spent almost 15$ for just my drink and fries never going back telling everyone I know take your business elsewhere. The employees were super rude and I was pretty calm when I ask for help

I hope to change this review if things improve, but on multiple occasions since the hours have changed to the place closing at midnight, they say that they’re closed when it’s still a half hour until more until the reported closing time. One of these times they stated they had no food ready because they were shutting down for the night, which felt more reasonable. They even offered me a crispy chicken sandwich, since that was all they had ready at the time. (Not for free, obviously, but as something I could order. I declined.)

I had an order everyone was arguing about who was to blame as to why the order wasn’t ready instead of making the order. When I asked if something needed to be cooked because I had my kids in the car it was supposed to be a quick pickup she instead gave me a handful of rude attitude like she wanted to fight me. Yesterday was Saturday January 21 2023. I went to east avenue and Winton Rd Wendy the one in the corner .. never again going .I order a biggie bag a chicken blt. I got a bunch of burn bacon in top of each other like if they drop a bunch of burn Bacon.I think the whole food was spoiled and not tasty . The nuggets I bite was the worse. Is taste bad and old I through it out . The fries are refried disgusting I think this is the last straw . I ain’t going back .Wendy you Lose a good customer y’all need better worker that care about people order is .

Outside doors locked at 12:30 pm, wouldn’t let me use the bathroom at first, till I asked lady to ask the manager, who came back to the door with a scowl and just stared at me saying nothing. I asked again and she just stared at me and after a few minutes unlocked the door saying nothing. I said thanks, with no reply.

The African American manger there availability need go off this location she’s unprofessional and she’s reduced refund my money for them mistake ! I did ordered 2 spicy chicken medium fries and she’s did extra fries when I went inside the store asked her I didn’t asked for 2 fries I just asked for one and I don’t need it you can take it and give my money back ! I order an Apple Pecan Salad a few times a week from this restaruant. NEVER again. twice i’ve received it without the blue cheese. Today I got back to the office and there was two inches of water in my salad. When I went back with it they said “there’s nothing wrong iwth it, we just made it and had washed the lettuce”… I’ve never had that much water in my salad! I asked for a refund “We don’t give refunds”…The workers were RUDE and giving attitude! however, they made me another salad. I got to the office, and couldn’t stomach it so I threw it out! And why do they keep the lobby locked to where you are forced through the drive through?
