Place is filthy french fries and chicken tenders all over the place in the kitchen as far as I’m concerned that ” A ” grade on the door means nothing should be ” C ” at most , had to repeat my order 5 times to the girl at the counter and SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG. People there really need to get a grip on their job as well as actually paying attention and not worrying about food that was made for them to take home. Even though i work almost next door to the place I’m never going there again.

The young people they have working there do not follow instructions. I placed an order to pickup 20 mins before as I have a set lunch break and expected to come and pickup my food to get back to work. I get there and thank god I didn’t drive far I checked my bag and it was a completely different order thrown together all sloppy. I go back and the kid looks all confused I said the receipt on the bag shows what I ordered vs what is in the bag. He then rushes to make it again and messes it up AGAIN! I said no cheese extra ranch there was so much cheese and no ranch. At this point im so annoyed so I took my food and picked off the cheese to eat and get back to work. If they can’t handle reading an order and competing it properly, then god bless them in any other line of work. This staff really needs to get it together.

The Amboy road Staten Island’s store is the dirtiest and most unorganized I’ve ever seen. No manger on the floor, and while none of the staff were kids, these adults could not seem to figure out how to work as a team. When I asked if anyone was taking order in the store after standing in line for 10 min, I was told “we don’t have anyone”.

WOULD NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN!! The line was SUPER slow and when i did get my order there were several things missing. The fries and nuggets were EXTREMELY old and over cooked . When i came back and asked for a refund the manager with the blonde hair didn’t have a hat and she was also disgustingly rude. I also overheard 2 of the kids at the window talking about the having pictures of ants and centipedes i was so glad my food was old and cold because if it wasn’t i would’ve ate that . Corporate needs to shut this store down. The line is always super long and super slow my order is never right food is always old and cold. The place and food is disgusting it NEEDS to be shut down ASAP.

Spent 30 minutes at drive-thru. The guy who took the order asked to repeat what I said like 5 times, thinking it was fun I guess. When I got to the window he was laughing and chatting with someone, right after that I was told that my order was already picked up by someone else. What was that? People paying money for the service and you charge too much I would say.

I had lunch here 10-01-22 Saturday ordered 2 chili both were horrible it was like tomato soup with loads of kidney beans and had little meat that was minced like coffee grinds :; I brought it back up to the counter and complained and I was told “ that’s how it is made” they exchanged it for 2 cups and re-gave me the same poor quality chili over again; Wendy’s should just take it off the menu what a nose dive in the quality of a menu item that was once good; I will not eat in here anymore because this has been going on for a few years and I told my wife to no longer suggest going to Wendy’s for lunch; I won’t pay for poor quality food, this is why fast food chains fail -“ good luck preying on today’s youth that doesn’t know any better!!

The door was closed, and I had to sit on a long drive thru line at 8:45. It took close to 25 minutes before I could make an order and 15 more to get . I understand that they are busy, but that’s just too long

Lately, this particular Wendy’s is missing supplies every time I go there. My last trip there, they told me they had no more large cups for the drink, and they offered me large fries, but a medium drink. They still charged me for the large meal, though. I also ordered the chili, but when I got to the pay window, they told me they were out of chili, despite taking the order. At least they didn’t charge me for it. The food that I did receive was cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. This Wendy’s used to be great up to about a year ago, and then it went downhill. This is the second time something like this happened. Don’t think I’ll be back. I would try one of the other Wendy’s in the area. This one is dropping the ball. One extra star because the staff was polite, apologetic, and quick with the service, and I know it’s not their fault.
