We are english tourists never been to wendy’s before so prior to going through the drive thru we parked up to decide what we wanted to reduce any delays. When we did drive around we ordered and double checked each item came as a meal. There was 4 meals in total, all very simple no changes or add ons. The man on headset was very impatient when he couldn’t hear or understand my accent, baring in mind I spoke loud and clear due to working in this fast food industry myself. When we got to the final window, 2 different men served us, one whose name was Alex as stated in receipt. Both members of staff were rude, especially since there was complications with the order as we didn’t receive 2 of the drinks and upon further inspection once we left the drive thru, noticed we was a portion of fries short too. When we asked for our other two drinks the server was extremely bad mannered saying we didn’t order it and threw his arms up before slamming the window shut. In the end he only replaced one drink and we moved out the drive thru without challenging his behaviour. Overall not a good experience and we are disappointed with the level of service we received. Despite this, we remained polite throughout the situation, so there was no need for his attitude.

This people who live in this area FINALLY have a fast food joint of their own. Hundred of thousands of people drive through this area every year & it’s a complete missed opportunity to not have more options for food. Basket weaving, insurance companies & boring art places are fine but, not at the expense of things people actually need.

Good fast service. food is up to the normal Wendy’s standards I’ve seen elsewhere. Staff was brand new but courteous. indoor eating area is not large, but clean. Restrooms are segregated from the eating area which is nice. This new Wendy’s is a Nice addition to the area.

So great finally having fast food in Mashpee. The breakfast is great hot and fresh!! No big wait times. Chicken nuggets fries always hot and fresh. Only complaint is the lettuce on the burgers can be wilty. The first day they were open it was cold and crisp as was the tomato and onion. Still 5 stars best Wendy’s on Cape

I’ve eaten at this location 2 times and have gotten sick both times, friends and family continue to get sick from this Wendy’s, no clue how it continued to run after 1 week of being open never mind a couple months. Place should definitely close soon or is bound to get smoked in legal trouble.
