Just look at the juice that was spoiled before I went inside. I stayed there for more than 30 minutes. This was because they were so slow and by the way, it smells so bad inside there. Maybe the carpet needs cleaning. This is a shame. The food was cold too, I ordered a full salad and they gave me half. I would not recommend anyone going there.

Not only was my food cold and old tasting but the staff was extremely rude. No “thank you” or “have a nice day” like most places. They just slam the window and walk away. When the girl forgot my drink because she was too busy talking to all her friends that work there, I asked for it and then she slammed the window a second time with no straw. I said Hello?! And she gave me attitude and said “shiiit” while rolling her eyes.

I stopped at this Wendy’s tonight thinking it would be a better experience than the other one in wareham…boy was I wrong. Pulled up to the drive thru where there was a line, I get it not complaining about that. Finally got up to put my order through and the girl on the headset was walking in a fake shrill voice that could not be understood. After putting my order in she started cackling. I get it, I’ve worked in the industry and you need to have fun but highly unprofessional and to top it off the order wasn’t right and everything I got was cold and crushed. I promise you, you’re not missing out on anything by driving right past this Wendy’s and going to McDonald’s across the street.

Service was incredibly slow. Two of the employees were literally arguing at the window. When I finally got my food I got halfway through my chicken sandwich before I realized that it was entirely raw in the middle. Find someplace else to eat.

The food is good, but the current 5:00 staff is young. Nobidy at the counter, had to call one three times before he looked up from his phone, and had we not checked our bags before leaving we would have been missing items from our order.

It was ridiculous we waited 15 minutes to order and when we got our food it’s was another 10 minutes. The chicken was cheap and chewy. My fries were floppy and soggy. The best part about my meal was the cup the frosty came in. On top of all of it the person at the register was asking when she could go home in front of all the customers, and there were 7 staff member and it took 35 minutes to get out of their. Never going back again.

It was fast food. I mean fries were not hot, however they were the creepiest fries we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Food wasn’t hot for that matter. It didn’t get very busy until we sat down. The place was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The only real complaints is the temperature of the food.

Absolutely horrible! It was 4:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. Not one customer in the place! The girl at counter ignored me until she finished doing something under the register area. The manager was in lala land and never even acknowledged me. I still had to wait after my order was placed. I took my food to go. The burger was cold and the lettuce was soggy, the fries were limp , cold and the bottom of the barrel! I swear the food was left over from lunch! I rarely eat at fast food but have relied on Wendy’s in the past as an alternative. Extremely disappointed and won’t go back again, at least not to this location. Dave would roll over in his grave!!!

Waited 20 min+ for my order and they got it COMPLETELY WRONG ordered a full sized taco salad and small order of chicken tenders. I got the small tender but the salad was a small not a full, there was no chili and no dressing. Didn’t even realize until I was home.
