The young individuals working the front counter and register were absolutely wonderful and kind! Food was also great! However, the Manager needs a lesson in how to properly work with her staff. I watched her berate a young employee in front of a line of customers. All because she failed to give him the guidance he needed. Management is about leading by example and she is a TERRIBLE example. All she is just a bully!

A lot of people of different culture are hired at this wendys that have a hard time speaking English so ordering can be surprisingly hard most times. Attention to detail is missing here. 50% of the time your order will be correct. The other half, things like added cheese and sauces you asked for will just be completely ignored. Way too frequently.

If you’re eating at Wendy’s, you have to get the APP! You will save $$$ and get free stuff, not to mention you get to skip waiting in line. Wendy’s is our go to when we’re in a hurry, and we’re contractors so that’s most of the time. Their breakfast chicken honey bacon croissant is my favorite!

I ordered through Uber Eats at about 11:30 at night so I think that’s why but I ordered the baconator fries and it was a melted cheese slab with two straps of bacon ontop of soggy fries, and the food I received was missing the apple slices, and the burger had one piece of meat instead of 2

solid chance your fries will taste like pot. I’ve been coming here my whole life, ever since covid i feel the store has struggled to maintain a properly trained staff(like most places). If you are looking for quick service i would not recommend the drive through. wait times could be anywhere from 5-20 minutes. the food is usually cooked well, however as i said, your fries has a pretty good chance of having an “after taste” so to speak. All things considered this store isnt TERRIBLE but it isn’t what it used to be
