This experience was way better than I expected. Ms. Ruthie was the friendliest, sweetest waitress that I’ve had in quite some time. Happy hour here is sure to impress. I’m always hesitant to order a burger at a place that has a deep menu but the special price was enticing. After ordering, I went to the restroom where recent ads boasted best burger around. Now, I can crush hamburgers and spaghetti at the house so I’m reluctant to order when going out. But I have to admit that this place has a better burger than any place I’ve tried in this state. I still would like to hit up their entrees. This looks to be a chef’s kitchen and I’m definitely going back some time. They have three garage door style exits into their alleyway outdoor seating. This place has a huge spunky bar as well. I’m kind of surprised that there weren’t more folks here at the time I visited. Finally I must admit that it looks unassuming from the exterior but got better by the minute through my experience. Thanks for a great happy hour y’all!

Fantastic brunch at the Weinhard. We tried the Bloody Mary bar and the mimosa bar both very tasty, although I wish I would have been able to try more than 1 type of juice with my mimosa, but that’s the way it goes sometimes, was not disappointed by the serving sizes though! The eggs Benedict had an amazing hollandaise and the eggs were poached perfectly. The chicken and waffles were tasty with well fried chicken but the waffle was a little lack luster. Overall, fantastic service and tasty food.

We had an amazing experience our first time at Weinhard Grill! We were craving steak and found this place on Google Maps. I had the steak salad and my partner had the ribeye. Both were amazing! The salad was a generous portion and very tasty. We both thought the value was great for the quality of the food. Our server Ruthie was so attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic find nestled right in the heart of Oregon City. We have been here several times and have enjoyed absolutely everything we have tried here. The food is amazing, good portions, and good price point! If you have not tried their brunch, you are missing out. Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3pm. The country fried steak or Chicken and Waffles are absolutely scrumptious. The Bloody Mary bar is a meal all on its own. The Mimosa bar is super fun! Every Tuesday they have half off on bottles of wine and .95 cent craft beers. Their happy hour menu is full of nice options. Seriously, check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

We went to Weinhard Grill for the first time last weekend, on Father’s Day. We had an 11:30 reservation, were seated promptly, and then received no service (other than water) for 20min. We finally asked the hostess when we noticed all the tables around us (who were seated after us) had drinks and were being told to go get their food at the buffet, including a party of 7. We asked again and it was another 10min- a total of 30min from the time of being seated before anyone came to the table to take our drink order or tell us to go to the buffet. To add insult to injury, the party of 7 that arrived after us was ahead of us in line at the buffet, and by the time we got food there was (and I’m not exaggerating) no ribs, no chicken, no sausage, no pulled pork, no Mac n cheese and only a small end of tri tip. A staff walked by and I asked about refilling the stations- more chicken was brought out and the people behind me got a fresh tri tip, but nothing else. There were no tongs for the Caesar salad, rolls or corn bread and very few desserts at that time. This was all with an 11:30 reservation, I can’t imagine what it was like later in the day.

Food is great, service good, totally awesome bloody Mary bar concept. Never busy for our regular brunch time, fast seating and eating. Acoustics are TERRIBLE. And I always smell cold poopy bathroom air for some reason, that’s why the poor score on atmosphere. Love the furniture and story behind it though.
