Ordered desserts and fruit platter via delivery and it was delivered smelling like weed. Even after 10 minutes. Have had consistent issues with order accuracy when ordering a variety of items thru meals to go. This was the final straw.

I normally have great experiences with Wegmans subs but the past two times they have messed up my husband’s sub. The woman who made my subs today November 8, 2020 at around 3:55 pm was complaining the whole time she was making the subs and consistently rolling her eyes that more people were getting in line and our subs were very messy and hard to eat.

Our boys soccer team was going to be heading through town on their way to play in the state championship and really wanted Wegmans subs. So I took all 30 of their orders and decided to call Wegmans the day before so we didn’t just show up and cause mass chaos for their workers and other customers. I was shocked when they refused to take the order claiming that there was no way they could make our subs. We really could’ve just shown up without notice and they would’ve had to make them but I tried to go out of my way to make things easier for them and save us some time. Luckily I was able to find a smaller local deli that managed to find the time to get them all made for us and have them ready the next day when we arrived. I’ve frequented Wegmans stores across the state and this was the first time I can say I was truly disappointed. I guess such a big chain doesn’t really need our business so I’ll think twice before ordering from there again.
