Long time customer…. Not the sandwich I fell in love with. Prices posted is not the price I paid, it was much higher and the young lady taking my order could care less about my reluctance to move forward with my order sort of “ it is, what it is” Next sandwich was sloppy, wrapping paper was mixed in with the cheese and soggy bread. If you care long time customer will find another cheesesteak to enjoy.

Stop by on my way home from the hospital with my sick father. When our order was placed we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. An hour goes by and we had to follow up on our order. The young lady who took the order told me she didn’t call for us and that our food was not ready. So not only did we sit and wait another 20 minutes before our food came out but then my sandwich was incorrect. When I tell them that my sandwich is wrong not only did no one offer to remake it but I requested a refund because I was unable to wait another hour for another sandwich and was told I had to speak with the owner. Not only was Bill rude and unapologetic for their mishap. He told me he was unable to process my refund because he was on the grill and that it would be done at the end of night. As I tried to calmly explain that that made no sense but he told me he was not happy about refunding for a sandwich that was made. I did tell him I was unhappy that I had to wait too long for a sandwich for it to be made incorrectly. At this time there was still no apology for the wait or for my sandwich being made incorrectly. Now I am being told that a refund would be issued at the end of the night and I would receive a text around 8pm confirming my refund. Not only did I not get a text but Bill decided to call me after 10pm and left a message as if I was trying to be deceitful about who I was. He stated what he thought my name was and that the name on the card was not my name. Of course it wasn’t because my dad paid for the food. He then states that he is unable to refund the amount and that I need to return to the establishment for a cash refund (big inconvenience). So of course now I’m thinking he could’ve had his cashier do that then. Nonetheless I text Bill and advised him of who I was and that I would come sometime before the end of the week as it was an inconvenience for me to have to return to the establish the next business day. He did agree and finally offered to make me a new sandwich but still no apology. I did get my refund and declined the new sandwich but I am highly disappointed in the service received. Usually you witness this type of service from the employees but for the actual owner to be this rude, unapologetic, and just out right disgruntled! My review is not discourage customers from purchasing but for the owner to know I didn’t appreciate being treated this way and hopefully help prevent someone else from experiencing this!

The experience just continues to go down hill. The customer service is the worst of any eatery in Georgia, and NO ONE CARES. the owners make enough money to stay open without caring so that is exactly what they do… THEY DON’T CARE. And unfortunately like drugs, the food taste makes people continue come back instead of actually standing up and making the establishment do something different about how they operate. They’ve officially lost another customer

Ordered online. ..pick up time was 8:43pm. When we got there, the lady said 10 to 15 minutes more. Then we waited at least 30 minutes. The cook/ manager told us he made 20 orders in front of us. After we had waited over an hour for the food we ordered online with a pickup time, we were a little early for… We asked for a refund, and he said no and being to be rude. Didn’t about coming back. Manager/ cook needs training on customer service!!!!

The food is good it has always been great. But this new order system is terrible. I ordered online order a as cancelled when I got there I waited in the car for 10 minutes no one came out to asked anything . I called and called they do not answer it would be good to get so info on a order….just terrible
