Don’t eat here!!! Major national food, safety, guideline, violations!!!! Managers confrontational, 14 years in the industry, and Teaching national food safe course… they blocked off, access to the hallway leading to public restroom which is mandatory that they allow access to when there is dining and sit down option….. they also had approximately an eight year old walking around the kitchen with no national food safe gear no hat or gloves grabbing food from the walk-in bring it to the front and the manager tried to tell me it’s okay as there’s no grill or frier in the kitchen. This is false no one under the age of 18 and only with consent of a parent may work in a kitchen….. there is no other way around it…..

Highly recommend. I’ve become a weekly regular for take-out orders here – I get a wrap (Thanksgiving is my fave), a smoothie bowl, and a salad (Southwestern is great) every time and they are always fantastic.

Used to be a Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Similar offerings still, but with an updated menu. Salads, quesadillas, smoothies and wraps. Enjoyed the Island Fresh smoothie and the Thanksgiving wrap

Service is horrible staff is in their own world waited about 15 minutes for a simple salad. All the while it was on the back counter because the employees weren’t communicating. When my food was handed to me the customer service was horrible and snotty as if I was a bother. Attitudes need major adjustments. If I could give a zero star I would deff will never return to this store.

The cashier was rolling her eyes at me because I was asking about the toppings. It made me feel very unwelcome.

Nice and clean establishment. I ordered an Island Fresh and it was good. My only concern is when I payed with my card the machine is defaulted to give an 18% tip which I did not catch until after I authorized the payment. I find that a little deceptive especially when the receipt doesn’t give you the grand total of what you paid. I also find it a little redundant because there is a tip box as well in front of register. I am not against tipping. I’ve worked in food service for more than 10 years. I lived on it, but I earned it on hard effective work and not from a default setting. I just think that setting should change on the machine. Ultimately it’s not too big a deal. I didn’t expect to tip since it was my first time there and wanted to try it out. If I was a repeat customer and developed a good rapport with servers I then would be very much willing to tip. I love good service.

I got the Carne asade quesadilla and the meat was so tender and juicy. They have alot of great healthy options and they do alot of Togo orders. Always nice to find healthy options. Wayland fresh is a win!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was phenomenal!! I got the power Açaí bowl with a Nutella drizzle for breakfast, and a thanksgiving turkey wrap for lunch later. I’m highly impressed!

I got a build your own salad delivered by Doordash and not only was it incredibly delicious but every part of every vegetable in that bowl was fresh and crisp-right down to the last few bites!! This is the first salad I have ever had delivered that did not have slimy, icky bits at the bottom-Thank You! Iced green tea was also lovely. Will be hitting up Wayland Fresh again soon!

The Acai bowls, smoothies, wraps, and salads are pretty good here. It’s basically the only place in the Wayland square area with this type of healthy fast food. My main complaint is with the staff. First, I have celiac disease and always order a GF wrap. One time they gave me a regular wheat wrap. Thank goodness I had been here before and knew that it was the wheat wrap and not the GF wrap, otherwise I would have been sick for weeks. Second, they close MUCH earlier than the 6pm closing time. I have showed up three times at about 5:35-5:40pm, and the doors were all locked. Every time the staff see me trying to open the doors they just stare at me and sometimes start laughing. They should really publish on the website that they close at 5:30pm and not 6pm because that is when the staff decide to close.
