The steakhouse burger pictured is just unacceptable. A week ago we ordered online for a pickup and they were made delicious juicy and plenty of onion petals and A1. Today however a dry lifeless of flavor little to no A1 or onion petals and the service in the restaurant was lazy at best. I love way back burger, however I think the employees need to be retrained how to make the product and customer service is essential. For a 10$ burger I expect more now at least a free onion ring

Not happy with my most recent trip. Spent almost FIFTY dollars to pick up our dinner for the night after being at work ALL day. Get home with my food and shake. There’s a TON of Mayo on my sandwich, granted I asked for it. But not to the point of it coming out of the sides of the bun. Not even all the topping were there. My son’s sandwich was the same. And the strawberry shake I asked for was a sour patch kids shake. Or something that did not tasted like strawberry. We usually never have problems here. But this time was just a let down…

Very clean store, friendly staff, and amazing (not frozen) burgers! I didn’t think I could handle the Big Easy burger bc it came with 2 patties but the knowledgeable staff ensured me that it was a delicious burger as is and they were ABSOLUTELY right! My husband ordered the Classic and devoured it! 5 Stars!!!!

Ordered over $40 worth of stuff, had it delivered to sparrow hospital and the burgers were DISGUSTING. Meat was cold, the buns were soggy and the fries were stale, also just thrown in the bag. After my fiancé not wanting to eat for over 2 days and FINALLY wanted to get a decent burger from this business, it was a complete let down for him.
