Great burgers and shakes. I’ve never been disappointed with the food here, except for one thing. They have taken The Big Way off the menu. Supposedly, it was a jab at the clowns version of their famous Mac. The problem is that it came out way better than anything the golden arches have ever made. To remove it from the menu was very disheartening. Is there any chance we can get it back on as a permanent item?

We have been her 5 months from Texas….The food is so good but what makes it even better is the employees are so sweet and cook very well. The manager is so courteous and trains his employees very well. So everyone go in and check out the new employees, they are wonderful…..

The person taking order was on his cell phone the whole time. He is way to cool to be working at a burger joint. All of them non stop on their phones. Texting with the gloves on that they are preparing food with. Bet when they are sitting on the potty with said phone they don’t wash their phone when they wash their hands. So poo finger to phone to burgers. Talk about nasty.

First off, the price was RIDICULOUS! The food was flavorless and you could not understand anything the people that work there said. We were there 2 years ago and it was great. But to spend $63.00 for 3 boring burger and a 3 very small amount of fries. All of it was terrible. Don’t waste your money. McDonald’s is way better and I don’t go to McDonald’s.

Me and my fiance traveled from Akron to this place in Wadsworth. We show up at 8:45 and walked in and they are telling us it was closed but the doors wasn’t locked and they suppose to close at 9..so they end up letting us order and I ordered a cheesestake combo and so did my fiance. We wanted to pay extra to get shakes instead of drinks. I also had a discount I bought for $20 off . The order was 29.86 the $20 off it was 8.28 wich I didn’t understand. Needless to say We get our order of 1 sandwich 1 fry and 4 drinks (2 fountain, 2 shakes) so 30 bucks for 1 combo and they made us pay for another sandwich. And wouldn’t make it right..they were all so worried cuz it was time to get off work .I never will return there again. All around bad experience!!

I’ve ate here before. The food and their milkshakes is good. I had the Oreo milkshake before and it was really good. There’s some workers there. One being Draeven. He’s a good kid and he gets the job done!

There were two employees working and only one of them doing all the work. I ordered and he repeated my order super fast, it sounded correct. I felt bad because he was probably trying to complete serveral orders at one time. It took about 20 mins to get my food and it was wrong..I sent it back, it took another 10 mins to get my burger and bacon cheese fries..it didn’t have bacon or the Chipotle mayo I asked for. I ate it anyway…I work in a restaurant so I get it..He had no help..burger was okay..not worth the $30 spent!!

Service was terrible. Waited at least 15 minutes to order. Order was wrong. Ordered fries but did not get them. Atmosphere is a joke. Pricey for a burger and drink, No fries, $10.00 Burger King just as good.

Wayback is SO GOOD! We drive out to Wadsworth for the hospitality and always fresh food. The burgers hit the spot every time, but more importantly, Bryce exhibits professional, prompt service and we can tell he has a good team and running the kitchen. We have found that the build-your-own burgers, the Cajun tots with the spicy remoulade, and the milkshakes are the way to go with ordering. Thanks so much to this location for always giving your best.
We Want The Truth
Going out to eat is a nightmare lately, except where Wayback is concerned. We have gone there a few times and the food has always been great AND the employees where wonderful. Especially a young man named Drayven. The employees at these establishments are no longer about treating the customers properly. But this young man understands what this means. He is always polite and always helpful. This young man has a bright future ahead of him. In todays day, I prefer to cook at home. But thanks to Drayven and the food, I do not mind taking my family to Wayback.
