Decent Burgers with many varieties to choose from, and believe you me, you will not be hungry after eating one of their enormous burgers! Wayback has a good variety of food items on their menu I tried the hot dog and onion rings which were very good, but the bacon double patty burger that we ordered could have been a bit more flavorful. Also their shakes are great!

My family and I ordered lunch today and we all agreed they were the best burgers we have had in months! Everything was fresh and hot, reasonably priced as well as good portion sizes. Service was also excellent! Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu!

This restaurant isn’t bad, I just don’t think it’s very good. For a burger place they’re kinda mediocre. You can get cheaper and better tasting burgers all over Dover. I tried the rodeo burger and it was pretty bland, the onion rings were good though. I also had the chocolate cake milkshake, I wasn’t crazy over it. My buddy had the chicken tenders and the French fry / onion ring basket, he didn’t like the chicken. Said it was kind of chewy. Overall I think it’s overpriced and I probably won’t come back. If you want a good burger go to Mcglynns in Dover or The Green Stinger in Woodside.

Love their food but today I had the “November Burger of the Month, the Quacked Up Turkey Burger, features a jalapeño turkey burger loaded with all the trimmings, including broccoli slaw, sweet potato fries, Maple Leaf Farm duck bacon and cranberry ketchup, served on a potato chip bun.” It was awesome! I recommend you do by this month and pick one up and try to get them to keep it on the menu permanently.

I enjoyed my visit to Wayback. The young lady, who said her name was Fallon, helped me. She was very courteous and helpful as I have dietary restrictions. She answered my questions without making me feel like a burden for what I can not have. I will be returning and hope to have this young woman be the person who helps me.

First and last time.Ordered the cheesy burger with onion rings and mac & cheese bites. Burger was fresh but lacked flavor, did not have any type of seasoning. It was also very greasy. The mac bites where mostly cheese. Then onion rings were perfect. I also had wayback sauce but I was unable to try due to hair being in the sauce. The sauce also had crust around the lid as if it has been sitting in fridge for a few days.

This … was alright! Closest competitor (in terms of burger, experience, price, value) is Five Guys. Pictured is a ‘Double Bacon’ with an extra patty ($2.80 more – at Five Guys, an extra patty is $0.80 more). Meat was flavorful, fresh and HOT. Smashed when grilled a bit like Smashburger (not my preference). Extremely well prepared, toppings/condiments super fresh and generous. Bun was fresh. Didn’t have fries or anything else. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store itself was good, liked the old time music playing. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Overall ambiance and experience, Five Guys wins (plus they have peanuts). But Wayback is a close second.
