When I arrived there was one other family eating inside. The employees got up from doing nothing like I was disturbing them. Ordered the Cajun Tots and they were overly seasoned and salty. The double bacon burger was good but overly priced. Ordered one of the key like shakes and it was good as well. For those three items $23. Grill was dirty. Floor was dirty. Counters were dirty. For as many employees as they had with 4 people already served the store should have been cleaner.

It wasn’t crowded on our visit; lots of tall tabletops to choose from around the perimeter of the dining area with smaller tables in the middle. Burgers were made from fresh ingredients but, contained way too much smoke flavor and took away from taste of the Beef patty. Onion rings weren’t fried long enough. French fries are the BEST! (can’t ever go wrong with freshcut). The Hotdog was great, minus the topping overload that made it pretty messy to handle. Good experience, we’d return again.

Food was pretty slow to come out, guy working was super overwhelmed and was apologizing for the wait (told him it wasn’t necessary), he could use some help. Nonetheless the food was really good.

The Big Easy burger was tasty, but lacked an impact. For the price ($10 w/out fries) it’s not extraordinary and doesn’t differentiate itself from establishments with drive thrus. What little bacon was on the burger was paper thin, the cheese was great, burger patties were perfect, one slim shred of lettuce and one tomato. Make your own judgement there…

Came here after the lights at the zoo event. We arrived a little before closing and the manager and team working were not only understanding but enthusiastic about serving us. When I found out they were closing shortly I said that if we couldn’t dine in we would have no problem going somewhere else and they insisted we stay. The manager was then also very helpful with menu selections and taking our large order (3 adults, 5 kids). I wish I had gotten his name so I could properly praise his professionalism with us.

The burgers here are very thin I always get the grilled cheese burger which has two patties. Its delicious but you will have to wait your turn and fir them to make it fresh for you. Love this place but don’t eat here often because its very pricy for a burger.

First time having Wayback burger. Ordered online and food was ready and being bagged as I came in. Staff looked defeated (they seem understaffed and overworked) but they were quick, very polite, and did not complain while dealing with the lunch rush. Food was fresh and delicious. Give them a raise to help compensate for the extra work load.

My wife and i frequent this location quite often.We come up from Allentown. Today”s visit was a lesson on how well the staff was trained and executed , prepped and served food. We arrived approximately 12:45 to an almost filled venue. Upon placing our order , a party of 8 ( 5 kids 3 adults) entered the facility. The staff took the order and proceeded doing their jobs. Needless to say we thought it was going to be a while before we got our food. well not only did we get our food but the party of 8 got theirs as well. The staff member that worked the grill personally came to everyone and apologized for the delay. Your staff is to be recognized for doing an outstanding job. No matter what day or time we visit the Schnecksville facility , the staff always does an outstanding job. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.
