Even if you are the only customer in the store you’ll still be told theres a 30 minute wait. They make orders as they come in their system so if 10 people ordered online they’ll put all of those orders ahead of yours even if you just want a single cheeseburger and it takes them 5 minutes to make it.

The wait time for a small order is ridiculous. Over an HOUR for two simple burgers, no wait ahead of us. Was told there’s a lot of online orders. It is completely ridiculous that they serve online order that come after you instead of the orders that are placed in person. Terrible way to do business. I have also been told at one point that they will not accept any more in person orders at that time because of the over flow of online orders, yet they kept the open sign on and let People walk in. Prioritize your in person customers before the online, or get a better sister to have less of a wait time in person. Other wise VERY MUCH DO NOT RECOMMEND

My bf showed me this place & while it was decent we did have a couple hiccups. We got there about half hour before they closed, plenty of time to make a couple burgers. We ordered the same burger & both were wrong. The girl behind the counter said “the grill was closed” & gave my bf a refund. On top of that I slipped & fell when I we to get my order, there was no wet floor sign & I wasn’t able to tell the floor had been moped. Despite the order being wrong the burger was good & we might consider going back.

First time trying Wayback Burger, I spent $52 on an order and my grilled chicken was raw entirely!! As soon as I open the sandwich you can tell it’s raw!! Check picture below I couldn’t speak to anyone cause they had just closed but I will be taking the sandwich back tomorrow.
