Ordered just one burger. It was decent. Service on the other hand was terrible. Took 35 min from beginning to end, finally getting a burger. Not a single customer there except me. Staff was too busy having a good time to acknowledge a me and then took their time making a single burger in between their conversations which seemed to be more important than making the burger.

I only eat here if I have to. Service is terrible. Its like the entire staff could care less about helping you. You have to wait 5-10 minutes, sometimes more every time. Then the food is just okay. Plus its overpriced. Mall is worst. Way back by fort drum much better.
