Ok, so here is the most honest review I can possibly give about Way Back Burgers. First, the last reviewer, is obviously fake. Maybe he owns a competitor burger joint nearby. Dominique Femino? Seriously?? You counted someone wiping their nose 34 times? And they didn’t call the cops on you for being a staring weirdo? Seriously???? Second, the shakes, fries, and burgers here rival all the chain burgers INCLUDING Five Guys. Third, the place in the Kingston Mall is spotless. Yes, admittedly, the service can definitely be slow during PEAK times. Other than that, the service is totally normal. Fourth, this place is an alternative to Mickey Dees, Wendys, Burger King, etc, etc. The quality is obviously better, and the service will come in time. They are a blossoming franchise that is going through some growing pains. That said, let’s go over my absolute favorites when it comes to the menu. The Mac’N’Cheese bites are heavenly. Once you try them, you’ll feel right as rain. Another fave of mine is the Carolina Burger! The Carolina has Chile, so it’s not for everyone. The homemade chips are also one of my favorites. I usually order this with the chicken fingers. Last BUT NOT LEAST! The Irish Nachos baby! Hell Yah!

Not impressed at all I went to this location before they remodeled and it was awesome. This time was awful. Walked in to order and stood there for about 10 min before anyone came over…then they told me it would be 15 min for the food…it took over 30 min and as we are sitting next waiting I see policy in the back eating food and doing absolutely nothing. It was busy and the food came out not hot and it was sloppy and not good quality. I would never come back again!!!
