My second time coming here and both times was a nightmare! The worker just stand around and gossip while the customer is waiting to be served. But when they decide to serve you it’s with an attitude. Today I order a refresher drink and the drink taste like water. When I said something to the worker she said that’s how it supposed to taste. Of course, I asked for a refund. As I was leaving an another customer told me she saw the worker put water in my cup instead of juice.

After watching a cashier come to the food counter with an incorrectly made order that a customer didn’t want, and when walking out saw a woman, who was just in front of me in line, walking back into the store with her order in hand, I should have checked my sandwich order before I left the parking lot.

I don’t know some of the people that work here are great and then there’s the other people. Every time I ask for sugar canisters for some reason they get very nasty with me and pretty much throw them across the counter and say here. Not sure I can do that for you and here you go thank you for putting him over there for me. No nothing like that! If you don’t want to do your job why you even there? And it’s not like I asked them in a nasty tone I’m always smiling and I’m always happy so when I ask somebody for something I always say excuse me and then ask him for whatever it is I need and then I say thank you. So I don’t understand why these few certain people at this Wawa are always just very nasty and have a problem with me asking them the question.

Unless it’s DoorDash, your food won’t be exactly what you ordered. And even then it’s not always on point. I’ve only gotten food here a couple times before that was actually accurate. And the parking lot is just god awful.

the workers are very rude .. I arrived to pick up an order from Uber East and it took more than 6 minutes waiting for the order and they did not know where to start and when I asked them if they would have it ready at what time they answered me rude .. very bad reputation for everyone who works there they are very rude

As much as I dislike going to this location, I went, and again I was disappointed! The coffee area is always a disaster area and there were no containers of sugar so I went over to ask the gentleman at the counter if there was any canisters of sugar. Instead I was met by two females that right away said we don’t have any with a nasty attitude. So at that point I said well then can you fill up the sugar packets because there aren’t very many left, there were like three left in the tray. So they looked at each other and gave me dirty looks and at that point I was just fed up! How are you going to get nasty with me for me asking you to do something that’s part of your job?!?

First there’s never parking. The store looks a mess. And the coffee is flavored wrong. I got hazelnut coffee when the sign said holiday blend. But out of all the Wawa’s in Hamilton NJ this one makes the best heroes and salads.
