WAV is such a positive place to spend time. Between the workout opportunities, and the healthy alternatives he offers, I am so thankful to have found it! 10/10 recommend for teas, meal replacement shakes, and many other things. The shakes are good. They’re your classic Herbal Life shakes so it isn’t unique per-say. Wav does have great teas for a pre-workout. The customer service is usually pretty good, although I have had some experiences where the workers were being very cliquey and seemed to be annoyed that a customer was in their shop. This was quite off-putting.
