It seems odd to pull up to and walk through a store to get to a restaurant, but oh so glad we did!! Both the hubs and I had the 2 plate with pulled pork and brisket. We disagreed on what was best, but trust me, you won’t be disappointed. The mac and cheese was very creamy (yum) and the potato salad was the perfect balance of mustard and mayo. Top it all off with a soft sugar cookie and we left with very happy bellies.

A friendly Mom and Pop everything shop with delicious food! Stella was amazing and friendly and explained everything as soon as you walk in. You enter through the gift shop and the restaurant with seating is located in the back. You order at the window and they’ll bring it out to you. You couldn’t ask for friendlier people. We got the pulled pork plate with potato salad and beans. The fiancé got the two meat plate with brisket and ribs with cole slaw and salad. The drinks are in the cooler and you pay up front in the gift shop before you leave.

We stopped here on our cross-country RV trip, and we were very happy to have discovered it! It is a combination farm store / gift shop / BBQ restaurant…..and it was literally the BEST food we have had on our trip so far! We both ordered combination plates and there were lots of meat choices….ribs, brisket, ham, sausage, chopped beef, etc, as well as all of the typical BBQ sides as well. The lady that served us was a delight. When the food came out, we were amazed! The portions were huge and everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Their BBQ sauce was very good and they even throw in sliced bread and a homemade cookie with your order. We also ordered the Green Chile Apple Cobbler and it was a major hit as well! We would definitely stop here again if we travel through this area in the future. The gift shop is fun to explore and offers misc local items and tourist items in a fun atmosphere. Definitely a MUST-SEE!

One of our most unique BBQ experiences! You’d never expect to find good BBQ kind of in the middle of nowhere, in the back of a gift shop.

This barbecue restaurant is off the beaten path. If you’re looking for a unique place to visit and where your eyes can wander and read where other people have been then this is the place for you. The folks who were running the register and the cook are friendly and helpful. The food portion is generous in size and moderately priced. The brisket was okay. The Alfredo macaroni and cheese was okay. The beans and coleslaw were all so okay. I did not find this restaurant to be outstanding but again if you’re looking for a unique place to eat this is the place for you. The restroom was clean and sanitary and also unique it is indoors.

Absolutely a top-notch BBQ establishment!! This place is located off of Route 66 in a ranch supply store. It’s super quaint, super funky, the food is absolute perfection. Daily specials, other than barbecue available. Sign says: Watson’s BBQ. Where every butt deserves a good rub… Proprietors aim to please! Highly recommended.

What a great old town store with a cute restaurant in the back that sells delicious BBQ, hamburgers Fritos pie and homemade donuts. We had a delicious lunch filled with brisket sandwiches, chips and a homemade cookie. The donuts were gone before noon they said . Delicious meal – super yummy.

BBQ at the Ranch Supply store. Definitely worth the stop. The owner also brought out free smoked sausages, brisket, and green chili apple cobbler. Weird, but yummy. We waddled out of there. Gosh, we love these Route 66 towns and restaurants.
