Amazing and very affordable! One of the few places open in the area on a Tuesday for lunch. We had two hot dogs, one with chilly and chilly fries. Two of us and under 15 bucks. You can’t find that anywhere anymore. The woman working were very nice just wish there were more places to sit. We sat across the street at Duncan Donuts.

This is a great little spot to have a nice lunch or meal with your family while down visiting the owls head area. As long as it’s only hot dogs you want for lunch. They’d probably do just a bun if asked. The hot dogs could be either a little thicker or a little bit longer, as they were a little on the small side, especially for the price. Other than that, everything was delicious. It cost roughly $9 per person to get a ‘petite’ hot dog, a small french fries, and a can of soda.

It’s just a hot dog. I mean it was good, but i cannot understand the hype behind the long queue. It is cash only, and the cashier touches the cash and then prepares your hot dog with her dirty hands. I had the western hot dog. Would not go again.

On our bucket list every year when we’re visiting on vacation! The hot dogs are grilled on-site, prepared to order, and while there’s always a long line, it’s extremely quick and definitely worth the few minutes wait. The quality(especially for an establishment with such little room) is unbeatable, and they provide an apt amount of parking and outdoor bench seating for our entire family. The one thing to watch out for is that they are a cash-only business, and I don’t recall there being a nearby ATM. Come prepared with cash and you’re in for quite the meal!

Every chance I get to go home (Camden) I make it a habit to stop in Wasses for the best hot dog’s. And they still tast the same as they did when I was a little girl. When my mom would take me to Louie’s stand on the corner of main st and orient, I can still see the colored lights on the hot dog cart. This trip was fun as I made sure to stop at the stand in Rockland and to stop at the stand in Belfast too. What a treat:) So Good.

We stopped here for a quick bite and had a couple of dogs. Grilled fresh on site- not boiled- the dogs were great. All the fixings you could want are available. The line was rather long but that’s what you get when you are that good. Kind of a fun and nostalgic place to visit in Rockland. Bring the whole family. They will thank you. Recommended.

Talk about good deals. 2 hot dogs, a bag of chips and a drink for $20. Hell, anywhere else you’d get 1 hot dog and a drink for that much. And the quality is fantastic.
