If you’re going here for sushi then it’s a good place. However, this is not a Japanese fine dining experience. I had a negative experience and I will not be patronizing this place again. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was so terribly dry. Our server told us that his manager told him to tell us that it was white meat chicken and that it’s going to be dry. I am sorry! You do not tell a customer that! There are plenty of ways to cook white meat chicken without it coming out dry and chewy. If the manager is not going to come make it right with the customer then he/she should not be in the service industry. By and large, there are plenty of other Japanese restaurants in town that offer better service. Don’t waste your time here if you’re looking for genuine Japanese hospitality, you will not find it at Wasabi.

Maybe we caught them on an “off” night but the sushi didn’t taste or smell fresh… We got three rolls and some sashimi… I do expect a sushi restaurant to have very fresh fish… at all times…. i mean, it is RAW fish and even a little if it is only slightly “not fresh”, it ruins the whole meal…. we will try it once more just b/c it is sooooo close to our house.
