We were in Colorado Springs with a group of 6. We chose this restaurant for an upscale dinning night. We made reservations ahead of time, but when we walked in we realized that we did not need to do that. It was almost empty when we walked it. It was 7pm on a Thursday night. It wasn’t the weekend, but it was definitely dinner time. That struck us as odd. Our server was very polite, but very slow. We ordered the multiple “dip” option for the appetizer (all four). They were on the small sided but very delicious.

Get ready for an exciting and adventurous dining experience. Take the whole experience in. The creative menu challenges a diner to interpret the chef’s culinary intent. The visual presentation of dishes invite a diner to anticipate the flavors imagined by their own menu choices. The service staff are eager to engage in conversation to learn of the diner’s impressions about the success of the chef’s culinary vision. Diners can enjoy the restaurant’s ambiance that lays bare an emphasis on the diner’s sense of taste. This is a restaurant with a purpose and will to elevate the whole dining experience for each diner who walks through the front door. Oh, and don’t forget to browse the art that decorates the walls throughout the restaurant. Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery is tucked back from the road in an unassuming building at 25 W. Cimarron St. across from the Aventa Credit Union. Don’t miss an opportunity to treat yourself to a special dining experience.

Heard they have a great happy hour selection so we tried this place out & were really disappointed. Let me start by saying the drinks are great & strong! The food however was not good. We started with 2 appetizers: the pork carnitas & arepa which was pretty good & the blue corn jalapeño cheddar hush puppies which was horrible & we had to send back Bc it was just dense balls of dough with no jalapeños or cheddar anywhere in them. I then ordered the Caesar salad with anchovies which was okay & the calamari appetizer which was my favorite thing I tasted that evening. My partner ordered the elk strip loin cooked medium, but it came completely raw on the inside & they ended up having to send it back & didn’t even order any other food. We both felt disappointed in the food, especially at that price point. We will not be back here to eat, but possibly drinks sometime. The service was good.

Corporate dinner function, speciality draft beers on tap, great food, please try the Bison Rib eye steak, worth every bite to it, medium rare recommended.

Delicious pork chop, carpaccio, and fish. My wife was super found of the Patagonia cocktail that’s made with a special Chilean liquor, it’s summery and delicious.

Absolutely incredible food. Happy hour is fantastic – 1/2 price apps and dips and wines. The tongue appetizer and heart of palm fritters are so delicious. Highly recommend everything!

This is hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to in Colorado. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection, it was flavorful and delicate to the pallet. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’d definitely come back here if I’m in the area again. The building is neat too, it’s an old warehouse with a lot of the old decor in it still as well as an art gallery.

I am not sure if I have ever given a two star review. The two stars is because the people were professional but the food was not good. Firat couse brie and toast. The toast was burned. Smoked chicen ravioli was too smoky and the chicken seemed mushy. Baby green salad was ok but just the little dollup of goat cheese about the suze of a quarter. The pan fried steelhead trout was very undercooked. We had high hopes with all the good reviews.
