I appreciate a black owned steak house in the hood. However, I hope some customer training is implemented on a regular basis. I also didn’t get my salad which came with the meal and by the time our server came to check we were eating. The steak was really good though

We had a very large group so I’m not complaining about the service time. But the waitresses definitely need to have better customer service skills. I requested napkins and was given 2 like I wasn’t sitting with a kid and another adult. My friend was halfway through her steak when she finally got a steak knife. The only time they ask is everything okay with your food is when you have to send it back. I asked for a medium steak and it was pretty on the outside and completely raw on the inside. I said pink not red. It came back okay and was very well seasoned. Just stop chatting with your coworkers and get better customer service skills and I will definitely return.

Good flavorful steak cooked the way you like it! Large eggs to accompany; the restaurant is a jewel in the rough but its still standing even after the corona19! Support this small business by dining-in. Not many of these left

I tried more than once to get a better result before giving my rating and review. Both times failed with service. Started with coffee and no silverware so while waiting to add the creamer and sweetener my coffee was getting cold. I wasn’t poured a full cup, only what was left in the coffee pot then the woman didn’t come back with more.

This is a fantastic place to sit down and really enjoy food that you’d never know Granny herself didn’t cook. And the staff are so friendly and inviting – I’ll definitely visit here again!

This place go hard! I mean everything is great i could not believe a place this good isn’t more popular if you want good food and good service head here on 111th and Michigan they got it popping for sho. Don’t mean to be Country but this food reminds me of home back in Mississippi . I love it!!!!
