Our food came out quickly and was hot. Bacon is floppy but they did put quite a lot of it in the #1 platter. Workers were not very friendly, but they did communicate clearly. Grits were undercooked and tough. Too much black pepper in the grits.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I have to in order to have a review! Ordered food from here tonight and the meat wasn’t even fully cooked and still pink! I’m pregnant so thats not safe for me at all! All I can say is they better hope it don’t harm my unborn baby!

I enjoy their food, but the service is always super slow. It takes forever in the drive thru, even if there are only one or two cars ahead of you. When it takes over ten minutes to get a biscuit and gravy, I’m not sure it can be constituted as “fast food”.

My visit this morning was Superbad.. i have had enough.. i always order the same thing a buscuit with patty, cheese, and an egg over medium.. i give no stars.. i encourage u not to eat here. The employees are rude n never get my order right.. meaning i question the employees iq.. i always pay for eggs n cheese and never get them.. most morning the food isnt fitting to feed my dog.. its smells bad.. i m done with all wards.. different towns same bad practices.. ur stealing from ur customers.. making us pay for food we dont get how is this right.. i bet they are laughing at us.. not anymore.. i will be calling corporate as well.. shame on wards..

My big one burger was red and RAW & disgusting. I didn’t need 2 be sick or need all that GREASE anyway. Cook @ home or see 1 of my other photos of actual great places to eat.

The place is always clean and the staff is as friendly as they can be in the busy envirmonet. I get breakfast there a decent amount and the biscuit has been hard a few times. Most of the time it’s perfect and that’s why I only took away one star.

Excellent food and service. Always has been that way. Cons: Their biscuits are no longer from-scratch; the current ones taste artificial and sometimes like a refrigerator. And their strawberry-banana smoothies; well, just go to Ramey’s and buy some strawberry cheesecake topping–freeze that and voila…disgusting. OTHERWISE, this is a magnificent place to eat.

I went during breakfast hours, no one else was in drive thru so I ordered a lil one combo. I’m more than sure they gave me a patty from the PREVIOUS DAY. It was like beef jerky, it was horrible. The only thing made fresh was the fries. I expect when I order a lunch item before 10:30 that it not be hard as a rock. Really dissapointed. I was visiting from Florida and havent had one in a long time. Won’t be going back.
