It was ok. The flavor was definitely there, but I feel that it didn’t hit like it could have if the mushrooms were cooked just a bit more and sliced thinner. I’m not sure how they were prepared, but a little extra seasoning & sauteing would have been a lot more satisfying. I’ve always wanted to try vegetables made to replace a ‘meat’ and he has a few different options on the menu. I will return to try the ‘fried chicken’ next.

Ordered the fried “chicken” CW with teriyaki sauce and it was amazing!!! Definitely recommend adding extra sauce on the side. The portion was perfect this is just half of what I got. Definitely expensive but tasty! Teriyaki had more of a Jamaican flavor to it but I loved it.

Teeny tiny portions. The $10 quesadilla came on soft taco shells with about 5 bites of mushroom, no cheese or flavor, and burnt to to hell on one full side. I stood there and said how excited I was to find a new vegan place and this is what they chose to give me as a first time customer. The $15 crab cake Mac was ok but snack size. Very disappointing.

Good food and friendly staff. “Chicken” sandwhich was a favorite but could’ve used sauce of some kind (I’m a mayo fan which wouldve been great). Portion sizes are pretty small for the sandwhiches unfortunately. Also a bit pricey for the sizing.

I came to the broad street market specifically to try this restaurant. Overall the food was delicious. I appreciated the menu and the options but it was in fact quite pricey. The sandwiches should come with a side or drink for $17 in my opinion. The food also took a very long time to be prepared. Also I ordered an 8 dollar drink and it was not cold so I was offered a cup of ice but they had no lids. For these reasons I will give them 4/5 stars. Overall though I really appreciate having a vegan restaurant option.

Everything about this place makes you feel better as a person. The food is great. The owner/chef is kind, wise, and approachable. It’s almost like you are making a positive difference in the world just by eating here. Plus, they are located in one of the treasures of Harrisburg- the Broad Street Market.
