Fresh cut fries and a juicy Italian Beef with hot giardiniera. What a fine Chicago style lunch, at Walter’s Chicago Beef in Dundee! The beef had a nice peppery punch and the fries were made on the spot, but needed more salt. Considering this is just a few miles east of my house it gets extra points Looks like the food is a standard Vienna stand setup so you should know these flavors if you frequent Chicago style hot dog and beef stands. First of many visits to come.
