I stopped here because passing through all those years, why not? So I finally got the opportunity and it was worth it. I got a few sliders and a drink. Ended up talking with a few friendly folks and the cat, who is beyond friendly and never comes in. Clean place, hot coffee on hand. Price was worth it. Plus I miss the old diner days, this place sets you there. Highly recommend…. Stop if they’re open!

Had a simple but tasty lunch consisting of a cheeseburger and fries. Both were served hot and fresh. We had a little time to kill waiting for an appointment so we sat and caught up on some paperwork. Our glasses were kept full the entire time by friendly staff.

Walnut Grove Cafe is not permanently closed. They are only closed on Sunday and Monday. The rest of the week they are open 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

I definitely recommend stopping by Walnut Grove Cafe and ordering a burger. I have eaten there twice and both times I was not disappointed. The food was delicious!
