I have eaten Walk Ons numerous times on my business trips to Baton Rouge. When I seen they were building this one I was super excited. Finally decided to stop in there today and take the family for lunch. We were greatly promptly upon walking in and seated quickly. We ordered 3 appetizers. Server was very friendly up taking our drink orders and appetizer orders. We ordered the boneless wings, mozzarella logs, and waffle cheese fries. I would say the wait for them was normal. Unfortunately the cheese fries were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. The mozzarella logs were cold as well. The wings were hot and tasted amazing. We then ordered the fried catfish, bacon cheeseburger, and alligator tacos. My wife loved her tacos, and my daughter loved the catfish. The cheeseburger I had was tasted very good. I believe we spent a little over $100 for the food. Honestly don’t mind spending this type of money but would at least like my food to be hot. Overall a good experience and would like to try again on another visit.

So I had the fried catfish with fried shrimp and atchafalaya sauce. It was pretty good. No complaints. Wasn’t the best but was decent. My son had the jalapeños jack burger and he said it was a 4 star. My girl had the Buffalo chicken sandwich burger. She thought it was really good. Little too much sauce. My son had the boom boom shrimp and Buffalo chicken. He thought his was about 3.5 stars. Over all it was good. The prices are pretty good here.

Been wanting to come here ever since I noticed it was under construction. I even walked up thinking it was open on they’re grand opening party, but it wasn’t meant for the public. So about a month later, finally get a chance to try this place. Great food and great atmosphere. Love the sports bar theme to it. The service could of been a lil better. At times it was like she forgot about us. But overall, was very happy about the experience.

Listen, I have been wanting to come here ever since this place opened. I was super exited when we got here & expected nothing more than greatness & that’s what I got! First off the service here was spectacular & they were really attentive. They would always let me know if the food was about to be cooked & was being brought to me. The food was the most amazing part of this whole experience & it was absolutely amazing! I got the mozzarella logs & the fried catfish. The mozzarella logs are the main attraction though.

It’s Friday night, whats better to go for drinks and food and a sports bar. This place had over 30 tv’s lots of photos of sporting events guys dream. Lively atmosphere., but very very loud no acoustics in the place.. did make it hard to have a conversation parking was easy, presentation of the food artichoke and spinach dip said it came with tortilla chips. They were more like pita chips and over cooked, OK who doesn’t love a fresh hot crispy onion ring. These were not!! Not sure if our server was new but she asked what we wanted to drink. I said we’re going to have water first, she had no idea what a single malt scotch was, did not know what beer was on tap, she did however, have to check her phone to see what tequila was available. One person got water, and the drinks came out last we had to ask for the water again. After that she began removing plates, or trying to and removed a full Coke and tried to take the tequila away. That was not even touched yet.. overall, the experience was good will go back oh yes she brought the bill. Then she explained it was happy hour as we were ready to pay the check and told us we got the discounts appropriate..ok now follow me on any of my quest for new places and fun times thanks guys Lain…

Walk-in’s just opened in Webster, TX and they hit the ground running. The service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered the platter to try a few different items. It came with crawfish etouffee, fried shrimp, fried catfish and hush puppies. I added on a cup of gumbo. My wife got the red beans and rice. We loved everything but the gumbo, it just wasn’t our style. There was an Astros game on and so it was pretty loud and somewhat difficult to have a conversation but that’s to be expected at a sports bar on a game night. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming again.

Our family really enjoyed our experience at Walk Ons. They have pints and 22s of a good selection of beers, as well as numerous cocktails. The food selection is pretty varied, having a Cajun theme.

Tried this place for the first time & we really enjoyed it. Definitely family friendly as almost everyone had kids with them & so did we.I got the mango tuna bowl which was actually pretty good! We also got redfish & then the catfish plate. The gumbo I think it was, was also really good. Oh & the boudin balls were good for an appetizer!
