We heard about Waldo’s and had to give it a try-we were not disappointed. It is definitely a food truck experience with Super good authentic Mexican food. We had the carnitas burro and the carnitas tacos. Clean outdoor seating, nice staff. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!

This last time. Service was fine. The food is good. The only complaint we have is we previously ordered twice for pick up over the phone. Both times we were waiting way longer time then we ordered. When I asked the cashier, she said that they don’t make the order until you arrive because people wouldn’t show up for their orders. Well then it might be a good idea to tell the customer that when they call. That defeats the purpose. We could have gone straight there instead of order

First of the service was great for a food truck. Super friendly and we were checked on a couple of times. The carne asada here is surprisingly moist and tender which is hard to find so bravo on that. The chorizo was super flavorful and probably my favorite thing we tried. The al pastor was really good to you know how sometimes it’s texture is of all the seasonings? Well not this one!

Ladies were un a bad attitude we asked fir tripitas doradas they were undercooked, took them to be cooked agian and they burned them and were laughing we had even given a tip before the food was served, brenda the cook was arguing with us and when we asked for different tacos she said they had no more. Very bad service and bad food. She told us to throw away the tacos before the review so we didn’t take photos. If youre having a bad day brenda stay home.

1st time on west cost eating west coast tacos…had to have a taste. Was really good had chix, pork, and steak tacos. Im not a fan of corn tortillas I prefer flour..but I took one layer of shells off and I was able to devour them…they were soft too!
