Water Express has been our go to food delivery service for years. Deliveries are prompt. The temperature and quality of the food is always well maintained. The drivers are polite and personable and never fail to thank us for our business. On the very rare occasion when there has been a problem (twice in about 10 years), management has always put customer service first, comping delivery fees or even the entire price of the meal. For the convenience and quality of the service, I think the fees are well worth it. Don’t hesitate to use Waiter Express. Especially in these economically challenging times, it’s good to support a local.

The delivery fee is appropriate and not over priced. The food is always fresh! Delivery drivers are awesome and food arrives within the expected time. A+++ Rating from me!

One of our office perks is Friday lunch for the office staff. Waiter Express has made my life so much easier! I put in our order online earlier in the week when I have time and Waiter’s takes care of the rest! Our food arrives hot and on time every Friday and I don’t have to worry about a thing. And EVERYONE, from the gals that take the order to our delivery drivers, are AMAZING! And with so many restaurant choices, everyone in the office stays happy. Thank you Waiter Express!!

Every time we have ordered from waiters express we are always impressed with the customer service! The drivers always come to the door with a smile on their face and positive attitude. The prices may be a little high but I feel as though it’s worth it. Upon placing an order this summer online, I received a phone call immediately stating that, that particular restaurant was running behind and asked if I wanted to keep the order or make a different one. Highly recommend!!

I’ve ordered from Waiters Express to cater to mass conferences at work weekly for multiple years. I’ve also ordered through them for my own personal lunch. I’ve yet to have any issue with them! They’re accurate, quick and EASY to work with, the delivery folks are friendly and helpful, and I can’t see trusting anybody else with my large orders. They’re great!

Food is hot and deliver quickly, however I was charged 4.00 extra per sandwich (3 sandwiches) and then 6$ + change for a delivery fee??? That’s 18$ for a two mile delivery plus tip all and all it would have been 40 some dollars if I had picked it up and was 75$ delivered and the sandwiches where all over the boxes in pieces that had to be re assembled (don’t know if that’s on the restaurant or driver). The driver was very clean and polite but I will only use this service when there is no other alternative because it’s highway robbery.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Waiters Express. I began with requests and completed by asking for omissions and sides to my order. The young woman helping me was very nice and obviously efficient as my detailed order was delivered perfectly. The young man bringing my order was also very polite and helpful. I can not say enough positive about the great experience I had with this business.

I use Waiter’s Express almost monthly. Have tried the other delivery services but they don’t equal it at all! If I have a question or a change I can call Waiter’s Express and talk to the most pleasant customer service person each time to help me. The other deliveries do not have a contact number to talk to someone after putting in order. W.E. will happily hand the dinner to me. Other delivery services leave at door and 75% of time go to wrong address and I have to go outside and look for them! Will always use them!!
