I called and placed a order for delivery at 9pm. Woman said it will be delivered in 30 min. I call at 945 for an update because I know they close at 10, no one ever answered the phone! I never got my food and they took the money out my account! $52.09 to be exact!! I will never order from here again!

I had the worst experience of my life ordering from this restaurant. I ordered on Grubhub and I had to call the restaurant after an hour and a half of waiting to see if they made my meal. They did not!!!!! when I tried to get a refund the grubhub app told me that restaurant said that they delivered the food and that I was all set this was the complete opposite of what happened. Please whatever you do do not order if you do not live in cranston ! I can not say how the food itself was because I never recieved it!

Ive been going to Wai Wai house for YEARS. I absolutely LOVE their egg rolls, sesame chicken, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice and sticky wings. I am a little upset at how dry the pork fried rice has been within my past few visits so thats why they get 4 stars. But theyre super cheap and the portion sizes are definitely worth the $.

If I could rate this customer service zero stars I would. It took two hours to get food delivered. I called to check on the status after the two hours and the woman who answered passed me off to someone else who then proceeded to explain to me what delivery was as a concept. She then told me that I in fact did not order two hours ago, that it had been 45 minutes. Cool, I don’t know how to tell time or what delivery is.
