I know there’s a ton of bad reviews on here but alot have to do with people not doing their jobs and that’s EVERYWHERE right now. The two times I came here I had great experiences. From the lady at the registers warm demeanor, to the person that brought our food were all very hospitable. The burgers were good and made to order perfectly, but I will sat they need to Ditch the little baskets. You probably can fit 13 tots in one and this isn’t grade school lunch anymore, you can’t be stingy with the tots people.

Bizarre setup where you order food in a grocery store and then sit in a restaurant. Only one staff member outside the kitchen so everything takes forever. And if you order a shake she groans for how much work it is. I won’t eat here again. Burgers good!

I have been wanting to try this place since they opened because it’s WALBURGERS. We were very disappointed. When you arrive you Order off a menu like fastfood, Pay and seat yourself. Different, I like a menu at my table to look at desserts and drinks ect. The only employee taking orders making drinks and serving us was great!! I feel bad for her doing it all. Our burgers were both remade and still made wrong. Small and mushy and either no toppings or the wrong toppings. Burgers were comped without us asking or complaining which was nice but not necessary, onion rings are very tiny strings no breading and all clumped together. I definitely expected better.

Despite other negative reviews we came here for lunch. Big mistake. They were out of multiple menu items. For context we arrived at 11am on a Saturday. It took a long time to place our order and then even longer for it to come out.
