Got to try this place out today and it was really good, my son always gets the pancakes anywhere we eat and he liked these too. Wife got the house skillet with veggies and ham and bacon with a side of toast and she said it was great. I myself got the country fried steak with 2 eggs. Also got the 2 biscuits on the side since they didn’t come with the dish, everything tasted really good, I would only cook my hash browns a bit more but other than that the whole meal was delicious. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven’t yet.

I order the chicken & waffles about twice a month, and have yet to actually go in and sit down because I’m always on the go. The integrity & quality of this food holds up so well. It’s always super hot and crispy. The breading on that chicken is so well seasoned. I cannot mimic that seasoning blend at home for the life of me after much experimentation (!!) The chicken tender meat is juicy and savory. The waffle—soft and fluffy. Holds its form when I drench it in syrup. So so so good! The photo doesn’t do it justice. & Yes I ordered two of them just for me lol.

I order via grub hub and received two meals from here. Both meals had long brown/red hair in them. I called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue. The lady on the phone kept me on hold for a very long time. She finally came back and said I would have to bring the food to the restaurant to show them there is hair in the food in order to get the meal replaced. I informed them I do not have a car which is why I used grub hub. She then said well there is nothing we can do. I asked to speak directly to the manager who refused to come to the phone. My meals also both had missing items. This is very disappointing and the refusal of the manager speaking with me after this incident is disrespectful. I will not be ordering from here again.

Great Food. Big servings. Frendly Staff. I had the Meat Lovers Omelet and my wife had the House Skillet. The food came out quick. The pancakes are the perfect size. I sat facing the kitchen. The food never sat long once the cook served it. The servers had great team work, they helped serve food even if it was not their table. Very nice environment. The prices are good for the amount of food you get.

It is always sad to write an updated review that is worst than the original. The Waffle Pancake House, snuck into my heart and belly for a few years now, however, the prices have gradually increased and the service has drastically dropped. The food is still delicious despite the over-cheesing of the skillets and the occasional burnt potatoes. I would love to see this place come alive with better service, until then my once-weekly spot will become an occasional check-in.

Overall, the food was good however the reason why I give three stars is because the service could’ve been better. It’s not that I receive horrible service but I feel like I shouldn’t have to wait for coffee refills and refill on sugar packets. And on top of that they enter my order wrong, so it took a while for my food to arrive but overall the food was really good. Customer service is everything and if your food was just ok but the service was great I would venture to come back but when the food is great but the service was mediocre then that’s a toss up if I’ll ever return.
