Great food and service! My grit bowl was amazing. I hate you can’t customize on the website to pre-order. There was an additio6amount charged. I don’t know if they build in tip or what. But my $10 dish set me back $18. This happened at another location as well so it is something that WH has implemented. Food was still good and customer service excellent!

Hubby and I really enjoyed dining here. I also liked how the staff worked together as a team. You could see the comradery between them. The vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and family-like and the food was delish. You get a whiff of the waffles as you walked in Our waitress did a great job. We will definitely have to go back to try the waffles and other food items.

We went at a very busy time but were acknowledged immediately by the hostess. There was a wait and we were seated as soon as a spot was available. The food came out quickly and it was delicious! I ate everything! The entire staff was super busy but they worked as a team and didn’t seem unhappy to be there. Mille was superb and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Our waitress was phenomenal! Her service, smile and attitude were great!! Cute pink hair, too! Although maybe someone should teach the cook the polite way to accept a compliment, since he clearly doesn’t know how. I shouldn’t get a rude response to giving someone a compliment for a job well done. Smh ♀️

Anyone’s top priority is cleanliness when at a Waffle House then this is the place to be . Being new to Texas I have fallen in love with the Waffle House and have been to many of them in the DFW metroplex area and this one here in Mesquite it’s the cleanest I’ve been too and the food was so fresh .. that grill was so clean compare to other grill I’ve seen that were a mess , greasy , and food everywhere . Shout outs to the African American cook at this place for great food and keeping his area clean ! The waffle was so good I had to order another one ! Nice and toasty how I like it and don’t always receive it when ordering it “ Dark “ . The services at other places has been good but here you can feel that family vibe. My Server Kelsey was great ! Friendly attentive and on top of everything she was doing ! You can see how they work as a team here and love it ! I will def be back more often to this place even though is far from me it’s worth it ! Great job staff ! They All deserve a Raise !

The chicken sandwich is good I’ve always gotten this. The prices went up and the menu got smaller I don’t think $11 for a bowl of egg sausage and cheese is worth it. I can make all this at home.
