I had some spare time and decided to treat myself. This is my first time at this particular Waffle House. Everyone was really kind and went out of their way to make sure my order was correct. I always get the same thing but it doesn’t always get made the same way. I get a bacon hash brown bowl with three eggs over easy and a small scoop of chili and jalapenos on top. Trent made the effort to ask beforehand exactly how I wanted my eggs. They came out exactly the way I asked. I was absolutely pleased.

Had the best experience. My eggs were not only done PERFECTLY but they were HOT! Very rare do I get that combination. Same with the hubby. Hot, perfect eggs. Coffee and water were never empty. Great service.

Our server Jennifer was WONDERFUL!!! I love the waffle house, especially during later hours. This was the first time in forever I went in the middle of the day and of course, it was a bit busier, but they had the staffing to handle it. Our server was new there and my only complaint was surprisingly, the manager, or at least that is who I believe it was. Our server did great but he was being really rude to her instead of coaching her the way a manager should. Everything came out exactly as it was ordered, but as soon as we got our food, he kept staring at our table and didn’t ask how we were until I made eye contact with him as he was staring at us while I was trying to read his name tag. After that, he presumed to complain to the employees, but they were all working. Then he just turned around and started sighing and acting like it was so horrible to do his job and be part of a team. Then he went outside to smoke while all the employees cleaned up the lobby.

Trent has his store on point as both servers and cooks had their areas cleaned plus stocked prior to Trent arriving. Even though I was in a servers section, I was asked multiple times by everyone if I had what I needed by others that were on the floor. My order was cooked to perfection as I didn’t have any issues or missing ingredients. I can’t speak as highly about other stores in Northwest AR, but I know that any store Trent has been in charge has always operated with optimal efficiency and I’ll always recommend friends to stop in for great service.

My husband went in and ordered take out for both of us. He was ignored several times and then he finally went to the other end of the counter and received help. Placed order and paid for it. There is a small sitting area for take out that was full. Due to my husband having a medical condition, he sat down next to the register at a bar seat . He was then asked to get up because a paying customer may come in and want to sit there. Excuse me…. Who treats someone like this? First of all he is a paying customer. Second of all is it because he has a different skin color than you? Third who taught you to be in food service or any kind of service? Shame on you. We will never go back again!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. I took my daughter there and the waitress had scooped a old egg with a spoon of the side of a dirty pan then used the spoon to scramble our eggs. The bowl that she used was sitting out with flies on it. We got up and left. Safe your money and your stomachs. That place screams food poisoning

I went to the waffle house for waffles. I was disappointed because the waffles tasted like pancakes. I thought they would be the best waffles since it’s the Waffle House ( didn’t live up to its name). And, the scramble eggs had no taste at all (don’t know what is used to cook them with because they were tasteless) couldn’t eat them. The sausage and grits were good, but I was not satisfied with the waffles and eggs. Will not be returning to the Waffle House. It was my first and last visit.

This place ignores their phone! I’ve called multiple times to place an order and it goes to their voicemail. I’ve driven by to see if they were truly busy and the place is dead, no one dining inside. Just two cars in their parking lot which probably belong to the employees. This has happened on more than one occasion. Horrible service!
