We were the only table in the place and our waitress ignored us the whole time. First it took forever for her to come take our order. Then the flood took forever. We got our drinks shortly before we were done eating… Everything besides the taste of the food was not worth it. I also had a birthday free waffle in my email they wouldn’t let me use because I had no way to print it. It was overall a.horrible experience.

This food was immaculate. I am a Waffle House veteran, but this is my son‘s first time tasting them and he really enjoyed the all American meal. I wish I would have taken a picture because I am a Philly cheese melt girl and they made it to perfection the onions, the seasoning everything was 100% spot on

Came in wee hours of 8/02/23, about 12:45 -1 am. The grill cook was checking out a customer. Totally understandable. But the waitress was literally sleeping in the corner. Never again. O’Neal lane Waffle House is terrible. Not first issue with this location. Ended up eating at Denham Springs location. Which was excellent service.

Tony is an amazing cook and an even better service. He checked on us multiple times and never had an attitude, and made sure everything was good when we got our food. We got breakfast for dinner and his cooking was amazing, and the positive attitude he had made it 10x better. Best Waffle House experience I’ve had yet. Definitely coming back.

Food was burnt greasy( server was horrible and that’s an understatement)…. three/ 4 napkins to get the grease off the chicken sandwich which was grilled not fried… And the hash brown cheese steak bowl was. Horrible too….steak… Hash browns not cooked enough…. We were just in a waffle House in Mobile Alabama food was great there so it’s not the fact it’s just a waffle House the one in Mobile Alabama food was great service was excellent this place stay away far far away
