Here at the present moment. Only 2 servers and manager are working. We have been very patient. While waiting, we noticed the only guy working, he went from cleaning the table with bare hands then went to the grill area to prepare someone’s to go plate with no gloves on or washed his hands! We were given utensils in a coffee cup with water, he cleaned the table, left it wet and sat us at a wet table without wiping it. The syrup was not warm and it made my waffle cold. Did NOT enjoy this meal!!!!

This establishment deserves zero stars, but I had to give one to fill out the review. Sadly, this was a very disappointing and dissatisfying experience. The facility is extremely dirty, from the foyer floor full of dead bugs and food crumbs, to the restrooms with the dirt ring in the toilet, crud around the faucet, and smell of sour mop water. The service was awful. Our order was not taken correctly and we received items we didn’t ask for. We had to ask for utensils, coffee was not refilled, no one asked if we needed anything else, and there was titillating argument amongst the workers that made me fear flying food, many “F” bombs were thrown. The waffles were deflated and just less than crunchy, the cheese that we didn’t order on the grits never melted because the the grits were luke warm, and my eggs were actually crunchy, in more than one bite. Inflation is everywhere, but the prices were outrageous. The regional manager was there but never said a word to anyone, not even the employees involved in the disturbing behavior. My recommendation is to avoid this location at all costs.

The service was garbage. The restaurant was dirty. There was no gloves being used. If there was an option for 0 stars I would put that. This is my worst waffle house expirence ever. My server needs to be fired and put in jail he was saying the f word a lot and he was cursing in front of kids. There was a lot of arguing and this place needs to be shut down.

Waffle House’s All Star meal is a good cheat meal. I don’t eat the sausage patties they come with because I don’t eat pork nor do I order any sodas, I order the tea instead. However, the grits, scrambled eggs, and the waffle aren’t calorically dense and are easy to burn off for the following week!

It was horrible, when I walked in on Sunday there was only 1 customer around 11am. The staff was laughing and talking the young light skinned lady was loudand using profanity as well as degrading the dishwasher. I sat there for appx. 10 minutes when another family walked in, the young man started to walk to there table when I stopped him and asked was he going to take our order, he proceeded to say he didn’t think it was his table asked the light skinned young lady and she shouted “they don’t have no clean dished so she would not be taking our table. He then took our order, the family that came after us received food and waffles b4 us and the young man became disgusted because I asked how is that possible. He walked off and went out the back door, I assume to smoke a cigarette only bc he smelled of smoke when he returned. The lady sitting behind me then stopped him and asked if she was going to get her waffle.The funny thing is the manager came to both tables and did nothing about the service. So sad! FYI, I only use the word light skinned because during all of this there were 3 other African American Females still laughing and talking.
