It ain’t Waffle House if there wasn’t trouble. This place is very short-staffed. Only one waitress and one chef when I dined in. You can tell they were trying their best to accommodate all their tables. I felt really bad for them, but they held their ground. Food was good, and service was as good as it could get. It’s hard to do your best when it’s just you serving multiple people at once. I hope they get more staff because I know those two people who worked the night I came eat must be tired.

Our waitress was great, but when my father got served spoiled milk. She took it back and tested all the other milk in the fridge. She told what I guess would have been the manager. After about 5 minutes instead getting more from somewhere, he just put the spoiled milk back in the fridge.

Worst waffle house in the world!!! We waited for 20 minutes just for them to clean a table and they still didn’t clean one they acted as if they were super busy but we’re all moving slow and getting no where!! There were several tables open but you couldn’t sit there because they were dirty smh. Do better!!! If I could give a zero I would!!

I used to come to this waffle house often. Highly doubt I’ll EVER come back. The girl Brandi had no personality, walked up and said do you know what yall want? We were barely there 5 min, there was 2 other customers there so definitely not busy. One girl came out cooked our food and it looked like no one else was working. When I had a cat, it’s litter box was cleaner than this store. 10 years ago the manager would’ve fired everyone. Then when I asked for a fresh refill, she added more coca cola to my watered down one. When I went use the restroom I could’ve thrown up, there was blood on the floor and when I told her she just sat down and said okay. I couldn’t tell you the last time the floor was ever swept. I mean just look at the napkin holder. The service is better when Brianna is there, she at least has a personality and is sweet.

Cleaner than some. But menu at bar top was covered in sticky stuff. Plenty of people on floor, but not tons of customers. yet we were given check without asking if we needed anything else. They never looked at coffee to see if needed filling. Spoiler! They did. Lol. She didn’t even provide creamer till i asked. They cooked steak to perfection but my hasbrowns were soggy. All in all mediocre service and visit.

We have good service when we actually get service. We are leaving right now because we sat for thirty minutes and the short lady hadn’t even asked us what we want to drink. It’s just two of us so I don’t see why she can’t get a coffee. She’s grabbing waffles off the waffle maker with her bare hands. It’s disgusting. We will come back for lunch shift but night shift is horrible
