All around 5 Stars!!!! I’ve never been more satisfied with food AND service at a Waffle House. Smiling faces and hellos right when you walk through the door. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I ate all of our food. Taylor was our server and she HOOKED UP my hash browns for me. She was in the process of training a young man to do great and still gave us excellent service. If we stop through this area on a route, we will most definitely eat here, again!! Thank you Taylor! She understood the assignment!

Waffle House has a special place in my heart. The food is always good and always fresh here (when they get the order right), and the servers are friendly. However, when there’s a problem, no one ever resolves it. I’m still waiting for the call back I was supposed to get 2 weeks ago because they messed up a $40 order. Seems the orders I place at 2:00 a.m. are filled better than the ones I place at 9:00 p.m. It’s hard to understand that but I will be finding a different location to visit next time. It’s not like we don’t have choices in this area. There’s a Waffle House at every exit on I-75!

Phenomenal experience! I was a Weary traveler who hadn’t eaten all day. I received excellent customer service, my server was not only friendly but made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The Grill operator was exceptional. He maintained a clean work station and cranked out orders with a lot of care and attention to detail.

Much above average Waffle House’s, that’s why I’ve ordered 5 stars, pretty clean and stuff are warmer friendly. They’re cooking food after your order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Not bad at all!!!

I absolutely love Waffle House and I particularly like this one the most. I’ve grown up going to the Franklin Waffle House and never once have I had a bad experience. The staff are always so nice no matter how slammed they are or how late it is and I wanted to name Savanna in particular in case someone reads this. She was so nice and they were so busy, I had a big order and she made sure it was right and was happy to help. I hope someone notices how hard all of these people work and how well they deal with drunk people. Stay blessed

This Waffle House was soooooo prejudice, it’s a shame that even in 2023 you still can’t be properly served without being discriminated against. I wanted to scream and cuss the old miserable hag out, but i am wayyy to classy for that! But needless to say if you’re African American stay away they don’t deserve our money!
