We decided on late lunch after the Gap Outlet . And my mom was craving their pecan waffle. We were greeted with a smile, and told to sit wherever we desired. Ordering quick n easy because we knew what we wanted. But more impressively food was delivered to us 10 mins later. Hot, fresh, cooked precisely how we like. Special condiments were quickly given. Waitress was great! Thanks for a quick, drama-free lunch.

I ate here for the first time this morning when the Lawrenceburg store said their systems were still down after a storm, 5 hours prior. I’m glad we were forced to find a different Waffle House. This store is the cleanest one I’ve been to, and it wasn’t filled with drunks from the casino. The cook and both waitresses welcomed us as we entered. They didn’t act like we were bothering them like several other waffle house employees in the area have, when we come in after a long shift of work, at 3 in the morning. The waitress immediately got our drinks and took our order. Our food was delicious and exactly how we ordered. Our waitress was attentive and refilled our drinks before they were empty. I look forward to eating here again.

Great food but the service could have been better. The wait staff were too busy talking or looking on their phones. One gal even had her call on speaker phone which could not be more RUDE or totally disrespectful to those of us eating our breakfast. People are just IDIOTS! Train your staff better. Thanks.

Since this establishment is the only one open it WAS a great for our lunch for third shift peeps. So why would Waffle House not allow carry out orders at 4am with only a few customers in the restaurant (2) people!! We are on a tight schedule and cannot dine in!! Is this a common practice? If so, won’t be back
