You go to Waffle House because you want Waffle House. Me and the hubs love to go late Saturday night and put a couple songs on the jukebox. We drink coffee and enjoy our “breakfast”. The staff is always friendly and the food is hot.

After a long night of work we stopped here on the way home around 3:30 am. The waitress Trish, was super pleasant and just had the most amazing vibe. Such a positive aura and so attentive; which is often lacking at most establishments. It was the perfect end to a very tiring night; her positivity was so refreshing.The food was fresh and hot, tasty and satisfying. Thoroughly enjoyed the angus bacon cheeseburger and sweet tea. Service with a smile is definitely appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely lady. She deserves a promotion

Stopped in for some brunch and was disappointed. Food was way over done, however they did remake my guests food, but really not much improvement. The store seemed a little dirty. The staff were all nice and prompt to help however. I hope Waffle House will improve so I can rate my home town restaurant better.

You can not order to go ahead they literally won’t answer the phone.. this also became a problem as I got home with incorrect items and tried to call and again couldn’t get through.. from the time I tried to place my order to the time I got my order was about a hr, I paid for several things missing and my waffle was burnt.. tried to call to ask if they could fix it but won’t answer and I’m not getting out and driving again for another long wait.. waitress was very friendly and she called out the order correctly as I heard her but I didn’t get the right bored in total.

This might be hard to believe, but I dropped in for lunch and this is seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Most of my favorite restaurants have gone down hill since covid. It’s hard to keep good staff I’m sure.

What can you say about a Waffle House that hasn’t already been said a million times? It’s not the fanciest food or the fanciest restaurant, but it’s one of the most consistent places you can eat at. The waitresses are always super nice, the food is consistently good and everything is as simple as can be. I always enjoy the old-time busy diner atmosphere that Waffle House continues to carry on. I’ve made it a habit for nearly a year to go every Monday morning after work as my pick-me-up for breakfast.
