Outstanding value with the senior menu. The service was A+. Great place for a sit-down meal – they also let me purchase 2 loaves of bread which is greatly appreciated. Fun place to spend the morning – enjoyed the cats, the bread, the employees and the raccoons!

I placed my order of chicken melt plate, with hashbrowns smothered, covered and chunked. I didn’t have onions or cheese on my hashbrowns. I sent an email to The Waffle House on 3739 Pamela Rae Dr, Louisville, KY 40241 since there is no direct phone number to call to complain about my order. I still haven’t received a call or email from them. Plus, food was not hot. Won’t visit this location again!

The waitress was awful, lost over half the restaurant because she didn’t take orders or even walk over to the other side of the restaurant. She literally stayed at one table. All she did was stare at us and give attitude when all her tables walked out. When we left the girl getting a takeout order was still standing there and the waitress didn’t even say hi to her. The tables were unfit to eat on, we had to clean the table in order to just sit down. They should have paid us because we were doing their jobs for them. The cooks were even looking at us like we were crazy because we just sat there staring at them waiting to eat. I would be understanding if they were busy but it’s literally 2:30 in the morning and there were only 3 tables (2 of them had to walk out) I will never go back because of the staff’s attitude. As a manager myself I would have fired every single person there. I would be embarrassed if my staff acted like that.

I went in and it took 20 minutes for someone to get wy order then 20 minutes after he took my order he hadn’t even turned it in to the cook. He set over in the corner eating. Very Disappointed! I usually get good service at the on in Sellersburg. Love the East End, NOT!

First we came in. They are only doing togo. Ordered a soft drink while we waited and the syrup was out in my drink. So it tasted liked sparkling water. So I asked for a new drink. Was told there was no ice. I said ok. Looked in my cup and there was hair and gnats in my drink. At this point I just wanted my money back. Apparently there was no manager on duty so no refunds. Never again.

All Waffle Houses have the same ingredients, its the staff, clean facilities, and cook that can turn the same ingredients into an awsome meal. This waffle house does just that! Jazz our waitress was spot on, the facilities were very clean and comfortable and the cook defined how waffle house meals should be made! Keep up the good work!

It was my first time in Kentucky and I decided to go to this waffle house. It was unclean, unsanitary, and gross! The crew left food out all day it appears. Tables were full of food. The waiter offered to clean a table if we wanted to sit but otherwise the food would stay there all night. There was no silverware left because of the lack of cleaning. One person took orders, scratched hair, and cooked food. If this is your go to late night spot, consider going 15 minutes down the road to the next Waffle House that is hopefully in better conditions.

Im sorry ive got to give this WH a 1. Went at 3am, and with 5 workers in the building they were doing takeout only because they were understaffed i was told. My food was frigid by the time they told me it was done and the hashbrown order was incorrect. I had 2 items in my order. Staff very apathetic as employees bumped club music through the speakers the whole time i was there. Im no prude but i def dont want to hear about putting that p**** on me waiting for my waffle. Will never be back.
