Stopped in for steak & eggs but discovered steak was no longer on the menu. The waitress who greeted me was friendly (i think her name was Nicole or Michelle) . It was crowded/ busy that afternoon (April 1, 2023). When my order was called out (well done bacon.. ) to the cooks, the older black man on the grill (i think they called him Gerald) responded “how much well done can bacon get… burnt…!?” his voice trailed off & he laughed which prompted me to respond, “I just want it crispy not burnt” but he didn’t hear me because he was busy talking to the man with the long locks next to him. They were literally across from me. That was the worst part of the experience. I almost got up & left.. but turned my attention to the little boy coloring beside me. He appeared to be the child of 1 of the employees. He was talking to the staff… food was a 5½/10 mainly because the food wasn’t hot & my egg fried hard wasnt fried hard, the took was still not done & the food came to me warm.

I love the convenience of Waffle House’s hours. I’ve only been to this location once, but the food was great and it came out super quick. It’s always nice to be able to see how your food is being prepared. Our server was very kind and all of the employees had a great attitude. My only complaint would be that the location was not very clean.

the food was great but when you know saturday night will be slammed and you cant get to your table right away, at least get a drink put down in front of your customer instead of making your customer feel ignored for almost 30 minutes , this goes for almost all the ones i have been to late night on the weekends. please at least get the drink order placed so your customer is not ignored spitting cotton for 30 minutes 🙂

Great Food The cook took our order delivered our food. And we saw the waitress when she gave us the check and said at check out you have to put I what tip you want to before you use your debit card. I go to Church Sunday nite down the street,and I will not eat at that WH again.

Missing items in order. Ordered grilled ham and cheese sandwich and only got cheese. Didn’t get meat to go with all-star breakfast. Can’t find a good waffle house in Louisville- I was hoping this one would change my mind. Plus I was asked to tip before receiving anything. A lil disheartened. The staff is nice tho.
