The food was great. Our waitress brought us our food (messed up twice and didn’t bring the right stuff and vanished for 40 minutes). Her coworkers couldn’t even find her to get our ticket so we could pay. No refills on drinks, and when we asked another waitress to get them she was, understandably, agitated, but got our ticket, refilled our drinks and got me a to-go box. Also, the women’s bathroom toilet was picked full of baby wipes and paper towers and they were molding. The sink was also filthy. They weren’t stains, it just hamdt been cleaned in who knows how long.

It had been YEARS since I had been to a Waffle House. I arrived close to noon & they were Almost full. But I was able to sit at a booth..I had less than a five minute wait before my waitress handed me a menu. I AM picky about my Eggs. I like them: whites cooked/yolks runny. Which Is exactly how they were served, along with hashbrowns, sausage, toast & jelly. IF there was a negativity, it was that I Couldn’t open my jelly. All the employees were cordial & the place WAS clean.

While traveling our vehicle broke down here and we got a quick bite to eat and staff members were willing to assist in jumping our vehicle so we could get it to the parts store for needed repairs. The food was great, and the people were even better! Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Waiter kept telling us to hold on. She was to high to take care of people. Instead of taking our order she was to worried about plating food that the cooks do. Even regular customers said just leave. Very disappointed. Very very disappointed with service.

How many times have you came through the door of a Waffle House and the employees acknowledged your arrival? Stopped at the McComb WH, Monday at 9:50 am. There was 4 WH employees, a total of 8 guests (including myself). I took a seat at the raised counter, away from the register. No hello, no acknowledgment of me during or after I seated. The cook had a slight droppsey, of the egg basket. As he went for more eggs I noticed the grill to be disorderly and cooked on or dried on eggs on everything at the grill. The waffle maker looked as if it had not been cleaned in days. In 10 minutes NO ONE said a word to me. I left the restaurant, and will not be back.
